Accommodations:  Villa, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

A shared community pool and hot tub with a sandpit volleyball court less than 200 meters from the front door. With a private pool behind the walls of the villa. A covered area with a ceiling fan that includes a bar provides a cool location to watch the private pool.

The seating includes 2 hammocks in the front and two in back under the covered area to rest and enjoy a cool drink on a hot day. When night falls the patio area is well lit.

Housekeeping and cooking can be included for a fee.

  • The house was an hour and a half drive from Guayaquil – an easy drive over a nice, new highway. We loved the house – it has everything you could need to be comfortable – a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners, ceiling fans, comfortable beds to sleep in. The hammocks are hand-made locally; we took our siestas in them every afternoon. The pool is a good size, deep enough for the adults to enjoy, but not enough to be dangerous to the kids. Take a taxi outside and in 5 minutes you find yourself at the Salinas boardwalk, with a beautiful beach, vendors selling crafts and plenty of restaurants serving fresh seafood. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon!

  • This little house is fantastic, like paradise. Very private, close to everything. Patio and pool were wonderful. Very comfortable and clean. Will visit again soon.

  • We had a great time in Salinas with our family! Very nice little house. The pictures shown are exactly what you get, no unpleasant surprises. Very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed coming back to the house in the late afternoon showering off all the sand from the beach and then taking a dip in the pool. Keep in mind that it is 5 minutes to the beach in a car. If you will be in the area without a car you can walk to the main road and take a taxi. We have already recomended your place to several of our friends! Thanks!
