Five bedrooms guarantee that you will have more than enough space for your family or traveling group. The master bedroom, aside from providing direct access to the pool deck, has a king sized four poster bed which is truly fit for a king, television, and a full dresser drawer set. The master bathroom is almost a work of art, and is equipped with a tub, a walk in shower, and a separate toilet. You also have use of a walk in closet so space will never be an issue. Two of the remaining bedrooms are double suites, and the other two have twin beds. Each room, of course, is furnished and has ceiling fans and full linens. You are also treated to a lavish kitchen and dining area that would be the delight of any chef. Beautiful marble countertops and warm oak cabinets only help to accentuate the beauty of this kitchen. You will find all of the tools, wares, and utensils you need, whether you are preparing a culinary masterpiece or just heating up a midnight snack. Why the Owner Chose Lake Berkley
We love Florida and had stayed at Lake Berkley previously. We found it to be the most customer friendly resort we had stayed at and we know that they have a very strong home association so all the villas must maintain high standards.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We love having a nice private dinner with the kids on our pool deck in the evening sun. Then planting around the deck ensures privicy and the pool faces south so you get the most glorious sunsets. I also love the shopping and the 24 hour super wal-mart so close it is no bother to pop out for that pint of milk you forgot. Lots of the local resturants will deliver or do take out so withthe kids it is so easy to have a nice meal.
Store that sells everything. Includes phramcy and hairdressers. Store is open 24 hours a day seven days a week except christmas day

I have stayed on Lake Berkley many many times and this is the best villa I have stayed in. It is so beautifully decorated with some lovely touches that make it stand out form all the others. It does not have the standard furniture most villas have - these owners have gone a step further and the four poster is a real bonus as are the blackout linings on the curtains. The villa is in a great location only about ten minutes from Disney and nice and close to the shops and eateries on the 192. We walked to Wal - mart one day and it only took about ten minutes. We had a baby with us so the use of the car seat and buggy was great as we did not have to drag one with us from home. The pool screen was great with the kids too. We paid for a late check out which was well worth it. Also not having keys to mind in the parks was great and as we used a code to get in and out we could all come and go as we pleased - no bothering about who had keys for the villa. When I return to Lake Berkley I will be looking to rent this villa again
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Just caught up on jet lag but to be fair we did bring some Florida weather back with us !!!!!!! We really enjoyed our stay in your villa, it was clean and tidy for us when we got there. We have stayed on Lake Berkley before so we knew what the estate had to offer and it is just as neat and tidy as before. Everything worked out with our daughter and wheelchair as luck would have it we could just get wheelchair into main bedroom because I used that bathroom to wash her in the mornings, and the portable hoist fitted through her bedroom door. The only thing I would say, and I cannot think if this came up in our many e-mails or not but no problem, the step at the front door and out to pool was a surprise but we have small portable ramps which go everywhere with us so it caused no problem, but it would be good to keep this in mind for any future wheelchair users. Owners comments: We are currently in the process of purchasing portable ramps for the villa – thanks for the welcome suggestion.

Thank you for letting us use your lovely villa. Firstly, let me say that we all had a really great time. Considering that there were 7 of us ranging from 4yrs to 75 yrs, this is an achievement!The villa was extremely well presented and the management company (and in particular, Mark Curtis) was very helpful and willing to come over at any time to give us advice and assistance. The best thing about the villa was the games room/garage – we are thinking of doing the same at home as the kids enjoyed the pool table and the air hockey (and therefore did not bug us) – the darts was very popular too and we had a few tournaments. The children went into the swimming pool every day, and considering that the temperature fluctuated from 85 degrees to 50 degrees during our stay, it just shows you that the pool heat was worth it. The second – best thing is the proximity to Wal – Mart which does allow family groups to self-cater properly – I know it sounds silly, (maybe now you’ve got your first child, you’ll realize) but as long as you can get a few basics in the house, it is soo much easier to keep everybody happy. The villa is very well priced for a sunshine winter break from the UK and is close to the major attractions. We would certainly recommend your villa for a Florida break. We are confident about driving abroad and we would also tell people who are not “Disney” orientated that there is plenty of scope for exploring the state. We hope that you guys enjoy your next break as much as we enjoyed our Christmas and New Year !!

Had a truly fantastic stay due to the comfort this villa offered my family and myself 10 person in all. The villa was in a very conveninet location which helped us access shops and attractions. A big thank you to the owners who were very friendly and helpful before and indeed after our visit. I would definitely book this villa again if I pay another visit to Orlando. Had a terrific stay.

This was my second time staying here. Great house, Great Pool, Great location. Owner could not be more helpful and rang when we arrived to make sure we were happy. I have already rebooked for next year. This villa is close to everything but in a lovely quite area. All our party loved it and our ages range from 3 - 72. There is something for everyone here. The owners really do take care of you they gave us plenty of advice before we even booked our flights and car. Could not praise this property enough.
