This custom home was just completed. It is one of the last navigable lots on the south side of the Anclote river before it empties into the Gulf. Owner has 29' Sea Ray that docks there occasionally. After you cross the shell drive you have arrived at our one of a kind retreat.
The ground floor has the garage,entry, and recreation room. The front area is native landscaped with a motor court and basketball area. The observation deck is off the fourth floor which provides over 180 degree views of the water and surrounding areas. Nothing was spared in this home which has gourmet appliances and Kitchen, high-end plumbing fixtures, Coastal furnishings, and south American hardwoods for all the decks.
We've just completed another step in the 'GREEN' direction. In addition to this home being highly efficient, super insulated, and built beyond code and hurricane requirements, we have a RAINWATER HARVESTING SYSTEM which provides water for flushing toilets and irrigation. Our next goal is Solar Panels.
Never stayed in a 'green' home - you can't tell the difference but the impact is substantial.
