This new luxurious and executive 5 Bedroom, 5.5 Bath Villa is situated at the prestigious Vista Park Resort, just 10-15 minutes from Disney. This new luxurious, executive Villa has been upgraded from its normal high class standard, with e.g. granite, luxurious furniture, flat screen television in each room including 2 x 52 inch in the master bedrooms, free 3 Mbit High Speed Wireless Internet, DVD and Play Station.
Vista Park is a gated resort with 24 hour Reception and Security. The Resort has on site Management and Maintenance should you require assistance. This quiet development is just off US Highway 27, one minute south of the intersection with 192 West. As it is the third development in from the Highway, you have no noise and are sure of a good night's sleep after a busy day.
The Two Master Suites are each fitted with walk-in closets, and extra large en-suites with a double jacuzzi spa, walk in shower, double marble vanity units, and separate water closets. Hairdryers are also provided in the Master Suites. The first floor Master Suite opens out onto a balcony.
The villa is air conditioned throughout with 2 separate very low noise air conditioning units. Plush carpets are in all living areas & bedrooms with ceramic floor tiles in all bathrooms, ant the kitchen & breakfast area.
The ground floor Master Suite has a bay window and affords views of our sun deck and pool. The junior suite is furnished with a queen bed, opens onto the balcony and shares a jack and jill bathroom with a twin room. The other bedroom has twin sleigh beds with en-suite facilities. All five bedrooms have cable TV, hairdryers and designer bed-linen.
The beautiful private sun deck has been designed to allow all day sunshine to the patio area. The family pool has water features and is fitted with underwater lighting. The deck area with decorative brick pavers is also fitted with a jacuzzi, electric barbecue and has its own shower room with shower, vanity basin and water closet. The area is furnished with comfortable patio furniture and the covered lanai area has ceiling fans to keep you cool.
The living area is open plan with a modern black and white kitchen area with granite and steel utilities. A breakfast bar and a kitchen table in a large bay window is facing the sun deck. The dining area is at the front of the Villa and is enhanced by a decorative pillar area leading to the sitting area, which is furnished with a comfortable brown leather sofa. The dining table will be set for dinner when you arrive and the arched window looks out on to the front lawn.
The ground floor with 1 master suite and master bathroom is handicap friendly.
There are over 30 public golf courses within a 15 mile radius. Less than ten minutes away, Vista Park's guests may play at Champions Gate's, Greg Norman's 36 hole championship course.

Beautiful Home This home was wonderful and it is by far the nicest house I have ever rented. The location was perfect, the neighborhood quiet and safe, and the house was very clean. The listing is accurate and even better in person. The owner was super answering all questions before the rental and sent an air conditioning repair person out when the AC unit had an issue. If you are looking for a home that allows privacy, a pool, and outstanding luxury, I would highly recommend this rental.

All of the children LOVED the themed bedrooms and the pool. The owner of the home is very friendly and quick with his responses to questions. I would not say the same about the rental management company. We spent most of our time visiting the Disney Parks (10-20 minute drive) or the Ocean (Cocoa Beach was about a 1 hour drive). I would have appreciated on site recycling, but the development did not offer that. Any problems we had, the owner helps solve very quickly. Though this was a bit farther than we have stayed in the past, it was so much better than going back to a cramped hotel room.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed here 3 weeks in July. We know the owner from back home and it was the our first visit to dineyworld. We are happy we chose this house and not a hotel. Great vacation. We loved the house. Better accommodation than luxury hotel. The kids loved the pool and playroom and every one loved the flat dcreen televisions in every room after a hard day in disneworld.

I stayed at this property in June/July of 2010. We got a great rate for a beautiful house!!! The house was HUGE, clean, equipped with enough necessities, and beautifully furnished. My group and I were pleased with the spaciousness and privacy the rental has to offer. The house also offered entertainment such as a game room, which we did not use due to being too busy, flat screen TV with DVD player, and the pool, which was quite refreshing. The owner was pleasant and professional. He was an email away and always answered any questions or concerns in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to interact with him. The owner was great and accommodating!!!! It is suggested that if you have any details you'd like to work out to do it with the owner as early as possible. The management company of the gated resort was not as accommodating. Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with them. Please do not let this deter you from renting because you really do not have to deal with them. It is definitely avoidable. I suggest that if you stay at this rental to rent a car! It is NEEDED!!!!! Our family of 10 just returned from a week stay in this property.We LOVED it.The house is great and could not of been better,plenty of space for a large family.We loved the master bedrooms and the kids loved the themed children rooms.TV's in each room is nice and the 52 inch TV's are SUPER. The pool of course was the kids favorite thing.We went to disney 3 hours later the kids were ready to go back to the house.The owner is also a pleasure to deal with.We will return we give this rental house A++++++++ The East Family!!!

We just came home from the most wonderful vacation. And what an awesome house you have. We were exited when we book the house from the pictures but it’s even better in real life. The kids loved the pool and in the January freezing evening we all went into the steaming hot pool and hot top and look at the stars. We loved the master bedrooms with private whirpools and 52 inch TV. What an awesome week. Thank you very much. We will for sure book this house again next time.Best regardseising
