Fisherman’s Village is one of a kind loft in the heart of the entertainment area in the Village of Baytwone Wharf. This unit is perfect for adult family and friends to gather if you like to part of all the action. From the minute you enter – you realize this is not your typical unit -comfortable furnishings, and set up for entertaining with a spacious bar. The large balcony off the French doors welcome you to sit and enjoy the comings and goings of the Village. The unit offers a spacious living and dining area. You enter on the second floor of the building to the main area. There is one bedroom with a queen, a bunk room with a full size lower bunk, and then the second bunkroom. There are two full baths on this floor. On the next floor is the master suite with a king bed and it’s own bath.If you like being where the action is – this is the place to be!

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given unless: 1) The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or 2) A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund: 1) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; 2) Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and 3) Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
