I am currently renting beautiful Fall weeks in October and November at $575 plus tax ($632.50) This secure family resort is located in Surfside Beach just 4 miles south of the Myrtle Beach line. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has twin beds, and there is a queen sleeper sofa as well. Your family or vacation companions will be comfortable and not feel crowded in our condominium. The living room, dining area, and kitchen separate the two bedrooms to offer the utmost in privacy. A patio with a spectacular view completes the package.

There is an age restriction that disallows anyone from under the age of 23 to rent in this complex, we request that you be at least 23 years of age. Pets are not allowed in the complex.

In 2005 the addition of a Lazy River made this a highly desired property. In April of 2006 wireless internet was installed and is accessible from all condos. There are six pools; indoor and outdoor, jacuzzis, saunas, laundry facilities, game room, outdoor cabana bar, deli, tennis courts, volley ball pit, playground, exercise rooms, and beautiful grounds to take an enjoyable walk. You will definitely feel you are in a resort community.
