A private pool, hot tub, large gas grill in addition to two charcoal grills and covered eating area are a sampling of the exterior comforts.
Moving inside, the amenities continue with multiple televisions and DVD players. surround sound system, decking (including a screened porch with full views), digital cable & foosball to name a few. Aside from being a well-equipped vacation home, Atlantic High offers community amenities as well, including an oceanfront pool and snack bar, soundside tennis, tot lot, basketball, pool and lake. A fitness center is also available for a small fee.

Year Purchased: 2004
We purchased our beach home in 2004 - and LOVE spending time on the Outer Banks in all seasons. If pushed, fall would be our favorite, as the water is warm, the crowds are smaller and the beach feels like our own private retreat.
We love watching the sunset from the back deck, walking through the estuary spying on the wild ponies, taking the beach route to the lighthouse & Corolla Village shops, oh and bring your flashlight - ghost crabs at night are abundant!
Why the Owner Chose Villages at Ocean Hill
We chose this home because of the views and location to beach access - literally across the street! From the dining room table we can watch the lighthouse beam, the sunset over the estuary or the dolphins in the ocean. Perfect!
The Unique Benefits of this House
We have lots to do on a rainy day as well. The covered porch is available for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails - we have many, many games: monopoly, pinocchle, puzzles, phase 10, checkers, and more - with televisions in every bedroom (except the kids double bunk room) you can escape and watch a movie too. Foosball in the rec room, ipod docking stations in each bedroom and abundant reading choices round out the indoor activities. On sunny days - the pool, covered eating area, outdoor sound system, multiple grills and ridiculously short walk to the beach are favorites. Our HOA also has tennis, basketball, playground, multiple pools and fitness center!
