Monterey Golf and Country Club, Palm Desert, is on Monterey Drive, near El Paseo and the main shopping areas. It is a gated community of condominiums, on a 27 hole championship course designed by Ted Robinson (consisting of three 9-hole courses). This fully furnished and appointed, air-conditioned, 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is 1763 SF with a private courtyard entry and west patio overlooking hole #1 of the south course.
The newly refurbished interior has been professionally decorated and finished. It is a 300 Plan unit (if you are familiar with the floor plans), and has a private entry courtyard which is cool and green. There is a lovely stained beveled glass entry door which let's light in summer and winter. The coolness of granite and terrazzo balances the warmth and elegance of lovely white carpets, tiled bathrooms, and fine fabrics and linens. Attention to every detail continues with recessed lighting and high windows to allow light into the home and give an elegance to the decor. An open atrium with water feature is an attractive addition, for private outdoor time. Gas fireplace with "RealFrye" logs add romance to the living room. Two oversized occasional chairs flank a 9' sofa and oriented towards the fireplace and new Vizio 42" flatpanel TV. Each bedroom has its own TV, and the den (or third bedroom, if you wish) also houses a TV and the office with wireless connection for internet off the cable.
Style and functionality can be seen in the new stainless kitchen overlooking the course. Rise in the morning with your coffee and watch the golfers roll up after their first drive; sit back in the evening watching sunsets behind the mountains and the evening "water show" on the fairway. It is truly beautiful, a perfect stage for entertaining or just relaxing. And functional for your business needs.
