One of the few Beach Homes available right in the heart of Ponte Vedra between the famous Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and Lodge & Club right on the famed Ponte Vedra Blvd. (Note: This home is not 25 minutes away in South Ponte Vedra like so many homes listed on this website.)
Beautifully decorated and furnished, "527 Ponte Vedra Boulevard" is a remarkable family home you will always remember.
Take the remodeled, Gourmet Kitchen, for example. All the amenities you would expect including a Viking Range, Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher and granite counter tops, plus a breakfast bar ... a great gathering place for family and friends. Adjacent to the Kitchen area is the Dining area and Den, making a true Great Room area where everyone can gather, all overlooking the huge deck and ocean. The dining area seats four, but feel free to pull up a couple extra chairs, not to mention the stools at the "Tiki" bar and the Breakfast Bar. The cozy, comfortable den is beautifully decorated with a big screen TV (Cable, of course), DVD and VHS players.
Then take a walk out to the Deck with lounge chairs, Gas Grill and picnic table which seats 6-10. Finally, you are only a few steps on your own private walkway out to the beach.
If the Great Room area is not enough, there's the Family/Game Room ... with full size pool table, overlooking the ocean as well.
There are two Master Bedroom Suites with Kings, full baths and TV's ... one overlooking the deck and ocean with a French style tub. The "Bunk Room" has two bunk beds with a complete "Game System".
Plus, a Maytag Neptune washer/dryer, wireless internet and all the beach chairs, toys and towels you need.
