This gorgeous property is located ten minutes from Traverse City directly on the East Bay of the Grand Traverse Bay. It is a huge five (5) bedroom, two (2) full bath - two (2) half bath, vacation home on the water with its own private beach. Surrounded by beautiful trees, you will feel like you are in your own secluded vacation get-away. Located off Deepwater Point Road near Traverse City, two miles from the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa and five miles from Turtle Creek Casino.
All the amenities of home: full kitchen, wet bar, two refrigerators, dishwasher, flat screen TV, stereo/DVD player, wireless internet, deck with gas burning grill, and two laundry rooms. This home has two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs - great for two families or one big group!
Upstairs there is a large living room with plush carpeting, flat screen t.v., a large kitchen with quartz countertops, cherry cabinets, ceramic tile and stainless steel appliances, a large formal dining table with chairs, two bedrooms with king size beds, one bunk room that sleeps 5, a laundry room and two bathrooms (one full and one 1/2). There is also an outdoor deck with a large slate dining table with 8 chairs and a gas burning grill.
Downstairs there is a wet bar with refrigerator, microwave, quartz countertops, cherry cabinets, a large dining table that seats 8, a lanai with ceramic tile and cozy furniture, a large second living room with a beautiful wood burning stone fireplace, TV and stereo, plush carpeting, a leather sectional, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one full and one 1/2) and second laundry room.
Minutes from beaches, parks, golf, tennis, miniature golf/waterpark, great shopping & boutiques, wineries, restaurants, and grocery stores. A public boat launch is only one mile away! Winter sports are also available with skiing (House is situated between Boyne & Crystal ski resorts and just minutes away), snowmobiling, sledding, ice skating and more. This is an all-year destination.
