Experience the amenities of the Chesapeake Hyatt with the comforts of home! Enjoy our 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium with waterfront views of the Choptank River and overlooking the 18th green of the River Marsh Golf Course.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation taking walks along the Choptank River or through neighboring wildlife sanctuaries. The River Marsh Golf Course, Stillwater Spa, and River Marsh Marina are all easily accessible on the same grounds as the River Marsh Condominiums.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and master bathroom which includes a soaking tub and a separate shower. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed. Also available is a pull out queen size sofa bed in the living room as well as a pull out full size sofa bed in the master bedroom.

Relax with loved ones or close friends plus 4 separate sleeping arrangements perfect for a relaxing golf trip with the guys!

Condo includes full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dinnerware, wine glasses, etc. Relax on the balcony and watch golfers as they come up the 18th fairway and approach the green or enjoy the boaters coming into the River Marsh Marina after a day on the water!

Don't feel like cooking? Enjoy one of the fantastic restaurants onsite such as fine dining at Water's Edge Grill, oysters and other seafood at Blue Point Provision Company, grilled sandwiches and burgers at the Eagle's Nest Clubhouse and Grille, as well as lounge items at Michener's Library.

All of the fee based amenities that the Chesapeake Hyatt offers are available for your enjoyment including restaurants, bars, shops, marina, spa, golf course, etc. The amenities that are included as a result of being a paid guest of the Hyatt are not available. The Hyatt swimming pools are not available for use!

  • A lovely vacation getaway, with gorgeous views of the Choptank River and scenic River Marsh golf course. My family loves getting away to Cambridge and we have enjoyed this very comfortable condo in a super-convenient location.

  • What a wonderful unit located in a brand new complex that over looks the 18th hole of the resort. The condo has everything you need to include loads of living space and great views. Super easy access to the resort and the local town. Would stay here over and over again.
