A large, privacy window in the main stairwell features a stained-glass “Sea Oats ‘N Sails” beach scene by local artist, Judy Wren.
The spacious Master Suite has a large walk-in closet and a luxurious master bath with a jetted tub and a separate glassed-in shower, double sinks and tiled countertops. A sitting area with loveseat and lamp table provides the perfect spot to relax with a book or to watch a movie.
Sea Oats ‘N Sails also has a full-sized laundry room, an outdoor screened porch and kids' game area with a TV-VCR combo and bunkbed. The private, fenced-in patio has a large, heated pool and hot tub, a gas grill and outdoor shower, and is surrounded by lush landscaping. The ground floor also includes the front-entry foyer and a large, two-car garage.
Every rental of Sea Oats 'N Sails includes complementary usage of a beach umbrella and two beach chairs.
