This is a beautiful house and centrally located in Seaside. The house is very clean. There are plenty of (bath) towels, paper towel, toilet paper, and hotel size soap and shampoo are also there. Bring your own salt, pepper, coffee, filter and other necessities. Dealing with Sandpiper is also such a pleasure.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Best Family Vacation Ever!!

Saratoga was the best Home ever, there were 6 adults and 2 small children and we had more room than we ever needed. Its just a hop skip and jumpt to the family pool and to the beach. We look forward to staying here again next year. The only change that we will make is that we will stay longer!!

Saratoga - Seaside

We loved staying in Saratoga. We have stayed in Seaside many times and this house was by far the nicest house we have stayed in. Very nice decor, spacious floorplan. The listing photos were very accurate. Our only concern before we arrived was the distance from the beach but that turned out to be fine. We will definitely stay in Saratoga again.

The home is quite nice; recently painted and immaculate with a quiet location. The only odd aspect was the television in the master bedroom. The armoir doors prevented full enjoyment of the full screen.

Great House, Great Location!

We loved staying here- great house and great location! Our family of 5 fit perfectly. We have 3 little kids and the house was wonderful- with a nice size kitchen and great big hang out room and a nice size porch. It's a 2 minute walk to the pool and 5 minute walk to the beach. It was stocked well with kitchen pans, etc, but bring trash bags, coffee filters and salt and pepper! We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Seaside.

Great house! So spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for our grown children and the grand children. This is one of the best houses we have rented in Seaside and plan to rent it again soon.

Very nice house in a great location in Seaside. The house was very accomodating for 3 couples w/o kids. Sandpiper was very responsive with any and all questions that I had about our stay!

I found this home after searching through a ton of options for my boss and his family. From the moment they arrived they had the best time and LOVED the home. It was perfect for all their requirements and would stay again when they return to Seaside.

Great location. Space was very adequate for our family of 5 (2 teenage boys and a pre-teen daughter). We had a small issue with the air conditioner upon arrival but it was corrected immediately and we had no other problems with it. The kids enjoyed the porch swing on the 2nd floor porch. Overall it was very enjoyable.

Saratoga stay

Our stay in Saratoga was our 20th visit to Seaside, which, obviously, we love. Having stayed in many different cottages, we were able to appreciate Saratoga's assets. The living area is spacious and furnished with lots of comfortable seating, something many Seaside cottages lack. The kitchen is equally roomy and allowed for lots of group participation in meal preparation. Bedrooms are separated from each other, which makes the cottage nice for multiple couples/family members, and each bedroom has its own access to space on the porches. The cottage is in a nice location, and the porches overlook lots of vegetation, with a nice separation between Saratoga and the neighboring cottages. All of our rental arrangements worked smoothly, from pool, tennis and parking passes to easy access to Sandpiper realty for help with getting the tv cable working; Sandpiper also sends a nice pack of information visiting the Seaside area. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time at your Saratoga condo in Seaside. The condo was in a terrific location near the town center. Restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. Ample parking was available on the street in front of the condo. The setting was serene. Sunrises were glorious. Communication with the rental agency could not have been more courteous or timely. We would definitely stay here again.
