This home is located in beautiful Sun City Grand, a planned, active adult community with two large recreation centers that offer indoor & outdoor pools, cardio & weight rooms, aerobics classes, spa treatments and much more. There are also four 18-hole golf courses, tennis & pickle ball courts, biking and walking paths.
Restaurants, shopping, bowling and movie theaters are located within close proximity to the house. The Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals spring training facility is just 10 minutes away, while the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres spring training facility is only 45 minutes away; you can be in Sedona in 2 hours and the Grand Canyon in about 3 1/2 hours.
The home is approximately 1600 square feet with two bedrooms: the master suite includes a king bed, full bath and walk-in closet, while the guest room offers a queen bed; the second full bath is off the hallway. The den includes a sleeper sofa for extra guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a separate eating area. The living room has a television, a sleeper sofa and matching loveseat. The outdoor patio has a gas BBQ for outdoor dining.
There is a $100 fee per person to use the Sun City Grand facilities. This also enables you to play golf at a discounted rate. One of the guests must be at least 55 year of age. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed in the home.
There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 per stay, which will be deducted from your security deposit of $500. In addition, 25% of the rental fee is required upon booking.
