Free four-person golf cart with agreement. Community pool and playground available with a free community pass provided. Adjacent to a community fishing and crabbing dock. Great wildlife viewing from living area, deck, or from crabbing dock. Bikes available upon request.

About the owner: We live in the Columbia area of South Carolina and are 'almost' retired. When we can't get to Fripp we try to enjoy our San Juan 21 on Lake Murray. We know you will enjoy Fripp and think you will also enjoy our home and Fripp's laid-back lifestyle. There are some books and an assortment of CD's, DVD's, BlueRays and VCR tapes for you to enjoy in the laundry area.
Why the Owner Chose Sawgrass:
We love the relaxed nature-based setting, safe beaches, and particularly the marsh setting and critters. We provide a pair of binoculars and a spotting scope to assist in wildlife viewing as well as several books about trees, birds, and other critters. The community crabbing dock is adjacent to our property.
If you bring a cooler and shop on your way to Fripp, we suggest purchasing Publix semi-prepaed foods and plan to kick back. Johnson Creek Tavern and the Foolish Frog are our two favorite off-island restaurants. More info in the white 'TIPS' notebook.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Sawgrass has a community pool and playground. Biking to and through Hunting Island is easy for all ages - enjoy the light house, the surf, and the very natural settings. Review the map in our 'Tips' book before riding over to ensure an easy trip home, as the trails at Hunting Island are not well marked. You will marvel at the changes to the Island as a result of recent storms!
