Free four-person golf cart. Community pool and playground available with a free community pass provided. Adjacent to a community fishing and crabbing dock. Great wildlife viewing from living area, deck, or from crabbing dock. Bikes available upon request.

- Kid Friendly: community playground adjacent to community pool; pavement smooth for heeling, skateboards, etc. (but consideration required for slow-moving pedestrians). Owners anticipate that children (and adults) will help to keep carpets clean.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: responsible adults over 25 with full-time jobs
- Smoking Not Allowed: ash tray provided for smoking on deck. Owners expect renters to dispose of ashes and buts in outside garbage cans (not in kitchen cans), and not over deck because of fire risk.
