There is a spacious master suite including 2 double beds, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the well-appointed second bathroom. The home comfortably sleeps 6 people - and up to 8 people when using the convertible sofa bed in the den.
Relax and enjoy the patio views over the 7th tee on the Ironwood Golf course. Anthem Golf and Country Club has two of everything. For golfers, there are 2 private championship golf courses where non-member play is available on a limited basis. In addition, two state-of-the-art fitness centers, two fabulous outdoor heated pools, and multiple tennis courts are open to guest use on a weekly fee basis (currently $98 per adult for seven days - pool and gym; $28 per child for seven days - pool only). In addition, there are over 20 public courses within a 30-minute drive of Anthem.
Anthem is an ideal spot from which to explore Arizona: skiing at Flagstaff (2 hours' drive); Sedona (1.5 hours' drive), Scottsdale/Phoenix (30 minutes' drive) and the Grand Canyon.
