Make yourself comfortable in our completely furnished, professionally decorated two-bedroom, two-bath golf condo located in the pristine Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for rent by owner.
Our spacious first floor villa offers a warm ambiance with bright, open rooms and the convenience of ground-level entry. It is nestled adjacent to the 13th tee box of the new Greg Norman Golf course, so relax and enjoy the beautiful view from our private screened in patio.
Our luxury rental condominium comfortably accommodates four to six people. The front door opens into the foyer and opposite is the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal. The dining room has a full dining table for six.
An entertainment center in the living room adorns one wall, filled with a TV and DVD player. Just off the living room is the spacious master bedroom suite, with a king size bed, private bath, TV and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a TV for your enjoyment.
Adjacent to the second bedroom is another full bath and the laundry area with a stackable washer/dryer. An iron and ironing board are located in the master bedroom closet for your convenience. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room, and patio add to your comfort and the relaxed ambiance.
As our guests, you can refresh and relax by the Ironwood pool or enjoy the volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts all of which are just steps away from the villa. Our guests have use of Barefoot Resorts’ complimentary, in season, shuttle service which takes you directly to the oceanfront, just three blocks from the resort entrance, and also makes stops at the Barefoot Landing shopping area. Guests may also enjoy the 15,000 square foot North Tower Pool, the adjacent hot tub, and spa, that are only minutes from the villa.
You are welcome to experience golf at one the four signature Barefoot Resort courses designed by Greg Norman, Davis Love III, Tom Fazio and Pete Dye. New to the resort is The Range at Barefoot, a 33 acre manicured and lighted driving range with its own pro shop and bar & grill. There are on-site restaurants, a new 142 slip full service marina with boat, pontoon, and Jet Ski rentals. Miles of walking and biking paths are also nestled within the resort.
Just outside the main entrance to Barefoot Resort is Barefoot Landing, the outdoor boardwalk style shopping venue with weekly fireworks and over 100 shops and restaurants, including live entertainment at the Alabama Theatre and House of Blues. Kids and adults alike will be thrilled with Alligator Adventure, one of the largest reptile parks in the world or a boat tour on the beautiful Intra coastal Waterway.
