Destin is located between the beaches of Ft. Walton to the west and Rosemary Beach to the east. Be sure to drive Hwy 30A, the scenic route that is home to the quaint coastal towns of Santa Rosa, Grayton, Blue Mt., Seaside, Water Colors, Seacrest, Water Sound and Rosemary beaches. You'll find lots of restaurants from casual to funky to fine dining and plenty of specialty boutique shops with one-of-a kind designs in clothing and accessories. Be sure not to miss Sandestin Baytowne Wharf, a New Orleans French Quarter development on the Bay with fabulous shopping, dining and entertainment.

WOW, now we understand what draws people to this stunning beach! Destin was AMAZING!! This beautiful, stylish condo has 5 floor-to- ceiling patio doors all facing sparking white sand and crystal clear water. We enjoyed the inspiring view from the condo decks several times each day. However, it never took long for the call of the waves to draw us to the crisp, private beach directly across the street. The darling beach staff set up our chairs and umbrellas each morning and offered great advice on favorite places to dine or visit. Be sure to add “The Donut Hole” by the wharf to your list – everything is made fresh daily and calories on vacation don’t count. We will return to Destin soon and this condo had spoiled us – we will be requesting it again, and again, AND AGAIN!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

First trip to Destin and the depiction on the website does not do this unit justice!! Online it looks good and in person it is even better! Well equipped with complete kitchen stuff. Beautiful views, easy beach access, nice pool, friendly staff. From the balcony the water is as torquoise as Grand Cayman and in the water it was gin clear. Good restaurants close- Pompano Joe's, Crab Trap (did not try Rick's Crab Trap onsite). Fudpuckers was a hoot!! Good pizza at Fat Clemenza's but DO NOT GO without a reservation!! Umbrella and 2 chairs with the unit on a private beach. Parasailing and wave runners 300 yds down the beach. A short trip away to Baytowne for dinner at Hammerhead's (fun setting, outside dining and a band) and fireworks on Tuesday nights. Easy grocery store access nearby. The rental agent/owner easy to deal with. I could go on and on but overall.....this place is sweet!!! I will go back! P.S. I would not recommend the Marina Cafe unless you enjoy uppity, cold service in a way too formal for the beach setting.

This was our family's 8th summer spent in Destin but the first vacation spent in Unit 902. The view was phenomenal from every room and the condo's decor was very nice~~~it was like being at home but with an emerald green gulf to wake up to each morning. From the moment we contacted Linda inquiring about this unit she was so helpful, informative, prompt in answering questions it was a pleasure working with her. As with all our vacations in Destin we dreaded the last day but it was unanimous among our family members that we definitely would stay in 902 again. We plan to be back next summer!!!!!
