Condo on 2nd floor of a 4 story building directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There is a wrap around balcony with views up and down the beach and overlooking the lagoon style pool.
The beach is very wide with lots of fluffy, white sand and plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the use of guests. The gulf is clear, often emerald green in color and warm with lots of birds, dolphin and other species of fish.
The condo's kitchen was recently updated with new gorgeous granite countertops, cabinets and appliances. There is tile throughout with exception of the bedrooms, new window treatments and furnishings.
Sitting on the balcony overlooking the Gulf or the pool and either reading a good book, magazine or paper or simply relaxing creates the greatest stress-free feeling imaginable. A long walk on the beach is always interesting and different every time for the sand changes, the water changes, the wind changes, the temperature and the sky changes.
For more vigorous activity, the gulf's waters are waiting for you. Or enjoy a game of tennis or shuffleboard. Bicycles and other conveyances can be rented nearby; jogging up and down the beach or along bike paths/sidewalks is at hand.
