As you walk into the home through the large covered deck, you will notice the high ceilings, the open floor plan and enticing water views. This home sits behind the main house on Lake Sammamish just down the hill from Microsoft.
Kitchen: all high end appliances, Thermador and Dacor. Farmhouse sink with disposal, ice and water dispensing refrigerator, 2" countertops, bright light floods in from the double hung windows and double glass doors. This kitchen is equiped with everything you will need plus more. A large table with 6 chairs. Enjoy lake views from every spot in the kitchen.
Living room: Open and airy 20 foot ceilings, large hanging fan with light dimmer, leather couches, and large cable TV and video/dvd library for your entertainment. Large windows that give you incredible views from every vantage point in the room.
Bathroom: custom tiled shower/tub with opening window, medicine cabinet, framed mirror, built in linen shelving, and hooks for towels and robes.
Additional "get ready" area: just outside the bathroom there is wonderful extra space with built in drawers, additional mirror, counter space, and more outlets.
Bedroom: large windows, hanging fan with light dimmer, pottery barn linens and furniture, large walk in closet with plenty of storage and shelving.
2nd Bedroom: very small-charming second room off the Master bdrm, with lots of natural light. This room has a twin bed with PBTeen bedding and lots of shelving and hooks for your belongings.
Laundry/pantry room: separate room holds a full size washer and dryer, with hooks and many shelves and lots of storage space.
Office nook: antique large wood desk looks out over the patio and onto the lake view.
Property: 1/3 acre with two homes sitting on it. The guest house sits above/behind the main house. You will have access to walk through the beautifully landscaped yard to the beach.
Beach: sport court with volley ball, basketball, tennis rebounder, badminton and pickle ball. Beach cabana with sink, refrigerator, bathroom and storage for the beach gear. 4 person paddle boat, canoe, and Yak kayak. Large pier dock with a swimming ladder. 60 feet of beautiful sandy beach equipped with quality-comfortable outdoor furniture.

- Beachfront : 60 feet of a nice sandy beach 3 of the 4 season (Winter the water rises and at times the beach will be under water.) Pier dock with swimming ladder. You may bring your own boats, or use our Future Beach Water Bee paddle boat, canoe, and Yak and Hobbie kayaks.
- Lakefront : The home sits behind the main house. You walk through the yard of the main house to the beach. The lake is visible from the guest house, the beach is not visible until you walk down towards the beach through the gates.

- Canoe, Future Beach Water Bee paddle boat, 3 kayaks, dock, life jackets provided, and sport court just above the large sandy beach with a beach cabana, refrigerator, bathroom and storage. Cabana is functional in summer months only.

- Children Not Allowed : children under 10 would not be safe here, due to a steep ladder going up to a lofted area. Babies not walking or crawling would also be safe here.

The Unique Benefits at this CottageWe love the beauty the lake offers, with the color the sky changes over the water from morning to sunset, the view of the crew teams racing by, the fun of lake sports and the incredible changes of the 4 seasons. We also benefit from the Marymoore trail that hooks into the BurkeGilman trail right out our door. We often bike down to Redmond Town Center and go out to dinner, shop or catch the Saturday open market (spring through fall), or bike further to Woodinville Tully's coffee, St. Michelle or Columbia Wineries, or the Red Hook Brewery and watch the hot air balloons or catch a concert on the lawn of the St. Michelle Winery. The ride to all these locations is 100% on the bike trails from door to door.

What a delightful place to relax! Beautiful guest- house with all the amenities and a touch of home. The water view is extraordinary. Our hosts were so welcoming - they are extremely helpful. Most definitely a return visit-!!

Very nice accommadations. We have family in the area and this was our second Lake Samammish stay, our first at this location. The owners were helpful and frienly and the facility was well kept, clean and very comfortable. Our 3 & 1/2 year old grandson loved visiting the beach and sports area.

A touch of heaven!!! The hosts could not be nicer and the accomendations are first class, very clean and well equiped. You cannot beat the view!! We loved our time in this lovely guest house!
