This is a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms and 1 powder room located in the 40-story residential tower adjoining the magnificent Setai oceanfront resort hotel.
The Setai is an intimate, oceanfront resort that combines simplicity and elegance. The apartment is 1250 sf, has 16' floor-to-ceiling windows, 2 terraces (one with an ocean view), 2 flatscreen TV's, high-speed internet access, Subzero refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, etc. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin-beds.
Residents have full use of the hotel facilities. This includes: full-service spa, fitness center, fine dining restaurants and bars, room service, private beachside service, 3 beachfront pools, each a different temperature. Zen gardens and ponds, and concierge service. This is truly a special retreat. And it is only a 30 minute drive from Miami International Airport.
One week minimum stay required. No pets please. You should know that although the kitchen contains a Subzero refrigerator and a Miele dishwasher, there is no oven in the apartment. There is a microwave oven, a hotplate, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The kitchen is not for major cooking. Room Service is available from the hotel and there are wonderful restaurants in the hotel and in the immediate area. You should also know that if you were to book a similar
two bedroom suite through the Setai hotel, the rates begin at $3000/night all year round.
