The apartment is 1250 sf and has 2 terraces (one with an ocean view), 2 flatscreen TV's with premium cable channels, an Ipod docking station, high-speed internet access, Subzero refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, etc. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin-beds. Residents have full use of the hotel facilities. This includes: full-service spa, fitness center, fine dining restaurants and bars, room service, private beachside service, 3 beachfront pools, each a different temperature. Chairs, umbrellas, and towels are included as they would be for a hotel guest. There are also zen gardens and ponds, and concierge service. This is truly a special retreat. Most recently, The Setai was named by Condé Nast Traveler's 2010 Reader's Choice Awards, number ten of the "Top Hotels in the United States", "Best Hotel in the State of Florida", and one of the "Top 100 Hotels in the World". And it is only a 30 minute drive from Miami International Airport.

My name is John Barman and I own an interior design firm based in New York City. When I decided to buy an apartment in Miami, I knew that I wanted to be in the Setai. I have travelled all over the world and have stayed in many great hotels but this place was so impressive that I knew this was where I wanted to be. I was lucky that Townhouse C on the 15th floor was available for purchase. It is one of the only apartments in the building that has 16 foot ceilings. I bought the apartment for my own personal use and only rent it when I do not plan to use it. So all the furnishings, etc. are things that I like and bought for myself and not just for rental purposes.
