Large custom home designed and built as a vacation rental for large groups or couples wanting to vacation together. Three separate gathering rooms makes it great for entertaining with kids or adults who like to have fun playing cards, shooting pool, watching a movie or ballgame, or just relaxing by the fire. The beautiful fully equipped kitchen, with dining room, eating bar and nook attached to the living room makes for a great place for large family gatherings to enjoy a nice meal or holiday dinner. Four outdoor decks makes it very enjoyable to watch and listen to the surf meet the beach or enjoy the sunshine and the cool ocean breeze.
Everyone will enjoy the short 1 minute walk to the beach just over a small sand dune (no stairs). This is one of the best beaches on the Oregon coast with large sandy beaches to walk, large rock outcroppings to climb or seek shelter from the wind and many tide pools to discover at low tide. The port of Bandon and down town shopping is a short 10 minute walk and many places to eat within walking distance. The south jetty is just 4 blocks away to watch boats enter in and out of port.
Bandon is a small quite little town with many great activities to participate in come and enjoy Bandon by the Sea.

We stayed in this beautiful home during week of Independence Day, 2006. We could not have had a better time. The home sits a short walk to the beach or to Old Town Bandon. The home is very elegant and tastefully decorated. The upstairs game room was a hit with the younger crowd. Everything was immaculate and clean. Your money will be well-spent on this beautiful vacation rental. A++++

This is our second year renting this home and we were very pleased again this year. The home is very inviting, comfortable and always very clean. Having a dining area is definitely a plus for all of us as well as was the efficient kitchen. Though the weather did not allow for much time outside, the views from the upstairs were spectacular. The owners are great when you have any questions or concerns, and the documentation that is provided in the home is very thorough; covering most questions you might have. We hope to return again next year.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed here in early September and it was BEAUTIFUL!!! We had three families staying there and we had plenty of room, things to do, and places to see! The kids all had a great time. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with anything you'd need!!! We'll be back!!!

My family visits the Oregon Coast every year. We have stayed as far north as Pacific City and now down to Bandon. This home was PERFECT! Tons of room, quiet, fantastic views and a very short walk to the beach. WE WILL BE BACK!
