'Marisol' is a new construction gulf view home completed in June of 2008. This home has unobstructed gulf front view from kitchen, dinning, living and Master bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms are facing Bienville Blvd with great water view of Mississippi sound.
Master bedroom has comfort of pillow top king size mattress and plenty of pillows. Master bath has a large corner whirlpool tub and separate shower. The second bath room has an oversized shower area with dual shower heads (one rain forest head, and a wall shower head) and seat bench. The second split bed room has king size bed and the third bedroom has 4 twin beds (1 set of bunks, daybed and trundle).
Modern kitchen has spacious counter top with tiled back splash, and well equipped with glassware, chinaware and new appliances includes dishwasher, built-in icemaker, coffee maker, espresso / cappuccinos machine, blender, microwave, king size front load washer and dryer. There is a HDTV with digital cable in every bedroom with DVD and or VCR players and 46” Samsung flat panel in living room, and a DVD/CD player with 5.1 stereo surround sound system. Bring in your favorite DVD or rent ones and watch on living room with theater quality sound and pictures. The home has elegant touch of travertine floor throughout including bath rooms.
Wireless broadband internet access was provided for your laptop to check your email, or brows the web pages while you are sitting on covered deck with breathtaking view and sound of surfs. Convenient outdoor shower is located under the deck after a long swimming on hot summer days. Occasionally, you may watch the dolphins play or the spectacular sunsets from your deck or from kitchen while you are preparing a delicious meal. You are only steps from the gulf beach and it is a truly unique vacation. Enjoy this private beach home for a week or more!

We discovered Dauphin Island thru the news of Hurrican Evan destruction in 2004. Since then we always come to visit Island with a passion to rebuild this beautiful uncrowded beach. Our dream came true when we were able to design our own home with more detail features for comfort of our own home.

Staying here was a blast! I suggest Fort Gaines and the Estuarium. They are both close to each other. And when ever you go, bring two quarters and a penny for the Press a Penny. I loved staying here. Three generations stayed here, and each will leave a bit of their heart behind. What a slice of heaven! A very well-appointed beautifully, comfortably, decorated, perfectly positioned home-away-from-home (though my real home is not this nice). Rent a kayak. Never been in one before, never won't rent one again (unless I just buy my own!). It is so much fun to be out there on the water. Fort Gaines is interesting, but very hot on a not-yet-summer afternoon. The Estuarium is wonderful, a fun learning experience for any age. And they're easily handicapped accessible. This is our first visit to Dauphin Island. What a beautiful scenic place!!! Everyone here is very friendly both locals and other renters. We stayed 2 wonderful weeks. the weather was a bit windy, but very pleasant. And as we left the weather became very very nice. Next year we will try for 3 weeks. THe Boardwalk Realty staffs are wonderful people. A big THANK OUT to them( Vacuum was a very nice addition). The MARISOL is a slice of American Apply pie. Fresh, relaxing and hits the spot. Thank you for letting us rent for our spring vacation. We finally found a home away from home. This was our first big vacation with our daughter and son-in-law and all our pups.
