We are residents of Sun City Grand from October through May. This rental was our home for the first 5 years we lived the "Grand" lifestyle. Since it was our home, it has many enhancements that make it stand out from most investment properties. We are from Ohio and are avid Ohio State fans. Mike golfs 5 times a week, which is one reason we chose to live in Sun City Grand....4 golf courses! We have one son who lives in Arizona and a daughter and son-in-law in Ohio. They have just (Feb.09) blessed us with twin grandbabies, a boy, Michael, and a girl Reagan.
