First quality paint, carpet, tile & furniture picked out by a local designer. Just steps from the pool, hot tub and beach. Pool is heated year round.. BBQ grills, workout room and a gazebo located on this preferred West side of property.Many extras such as condiments, cleaning supplies and a welcome basket makes this unit exceptional. A local manager will provide extra services such as tee times, dinner reservations, and booking multiple units at the Island Princess for successful group gatherings. Three other West end units are available for group bookings.
Daily beach service with 2 chairs and an umbrella and an attendant (Mar-Oct)and a reserved covered parking space is included.
