In the heart of historic city of Anna Maria, we are located just 327 Steps to the purest, whitest, softest sand. The beaches of Anna Maria are famous as is the heart and soul of this quaint old Florida island.
A short walk to all major places IN Anna Maria including the Island Players live theater, the Sandbar Restaurant, Dips Ice Cream Shop, Ginny and Jayne's, Surf Bar and Cafe, Bortells, the City Pier and Restaurant, Rod and Reel Pier and restaurant, and of course all of the new shops and cafes on Pine Avenue!
The FREE trolley/bus service runs about every twenty minutes and will take you the length of the island and beyond. You can't ask for a better location.

We would like to thank Floyd and Jennifer for allowing our family to bring along our 3 furry family members (Cody, Spencer, and Emma). For a number of years my parents have been the unofficial pet sitters for us while we vacationed, however, this year we wanted everyone to be included--especially since my parents are getting up in age. The condo was clean and surprisingly roomy for my seven (+3) family members and we enjoyed a wonderful, quiet vacation time. The beaches are beautiful and the island environment is inviting. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, as is the beautiful beach. Our son and son-in-law enjoyed fishing off the pier and the dogs loved looking in at the fish and crabs. Floyd and Jennifer are wonderful hosts and allowed us to use their computer and printer for my husband's flight check in. We would definitely recommend staying at this property for a great vacation getaway.

We have spent a beach week in Anna Maria several times in the past twenty-one years. This unit cost less than the place we rented in 1989! As the photos show, it's clean, and nicely decorated. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a very good deal on a nice place to stay. The beach at the Sycamore Ave. entrance is great, and the free beach wagon was a big help. The owner was very nice and helpful. We plan to use this unit again. My husband and I enjoyed Rotten Ralph's restaurant at the marina. We've wanted to try it for years, and finally did this trip. We also enjoyed souvenier shopping at Ginny and Jane E's at the Old IGA. We bought our groceries at the IGA in 1989, so we felt a part of the history of the place.
