Our home has gorgeous views overlooking a the small lake (pond) which provides for beautiful sunrises to awaken by. Light, bright, and very comfortable, this home also sports a full kitchen and dining table for 6-10. There is room for the entire family or all your friends to enjoy this remarkable home... for a price that allows them to actually come!
In the heart of historic city of Anna Maria, we are located just 327 Steps to the purest, whitest, softest sand. The beaches of Anna Maria are famous as is the heart and soul of this quaint old Florida island.
A short walk to all major places IN Anna Maria including the Island Players live theater, the Sandbar Restaurant, Dips Ice Cream Shop, Ginny and Jayne's, Surf Bar and Cafe, Bortells, the City Pier and Restaurant, Rod and Reel Pier and restaurant, and of course the Waterfront restaurant.
The FREE trolley/bus service runs about every twenty minutes and will take you the length of the island and beyond. You can't ask for a better location.
Cable TV, Free Long Distance (within 48 states), internet access, and family room seating for the whole family make this a comfortable place to call home for your vacations. Also available on site is FULL office conveniences such as fax, copier, etc.
If you have children who will stay with you or visit during your stay and IF your kids would like to meet and play with new friends, please note that we live next door and have three children (boy9, girl7, boy6) who love to meet new friends from all over. We would never infringe upon your family time, but if desired, your kids would have built in playmates during your stay and beyond.

- Pet Friendly: Dogs are allowed. Sorry, no cats or other pets. note: local ordinances do not allow dogs on the beaches of the islands; however, there are dog beaches within a five minute drive located along Manatee Avenue between the island and mainland.
- Kid Friendly: Anna Maria Island is great family destination. Plus, for those who like interaction, we have three kids (2 boys, ages 5 and 8 and 1 girl age 7) who love to meet and play with others from around the state, country, or world.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: must be age of majority. there is no smoking in the units, also no underage drinking is allowed.
- Smoking Not Allowed: absolutely no smoking in this unit. violation of this rule will result in forfeiture of your vacation time and rents. smoking may be done outside on the concrete patio.
