Come enjoy your piece of the beach! This community has only 40 units and is not a high-rise; so no long waits for the elevator. Great for family reunions. We are on the Gulf of Mexico and have a grass courtyard in the middle of our horseshoe shaped buildings that includes a pool. Each unit has its own carport so you can pull right into the unit - there is one flight of stairs to enter the unit. We have a vacant lot next door, so with only 40 units and 250 feet of beachfront, you don't have to fight for space on the beach.
This unit sleeps 5, has 2 bedrooms; one with a queen bed and a roll away twin, the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bedrooms are located on the second floor and each bedroom has its own private bath. There is a half bath located on the first floor. This unit is near the back of the complex so the balconies are more secluded - both the living room (1st floor) and master (second floor) have their own private balconies. You have to view the Gulf of Mexico at an angle but you can enjoy your privacy there and not be visible by all the folks across the courtyard.
It's conveniently located in Gulf Shores and within walking distance from Bahama Bobs - a great gulf side restaurant for seafood and sandwiches. Close proximity to Waterville - a water theme-park; miniature golf; the Track; shopping; the Zoo and more! This is a very Family friendly complex, though no pets are allowed. This unit is NON-smoking please. Come and relax!
