Regency Isle is our home away from home and we want to share it with you. You will find it to be tastefully furnished but comfortable enough to kick off your shoes and enjoy. You'll love the fantastic views of the water from wall to wall windows in greatroom and master bedroom. A large balcony with table, chairs & chaise overlook the gulf, swimming pool, gazebo & putting green.
Greatroom is tiled & open to dining area with table & chairs plus bar stools to kitchen. Cook in your well equipped kitchen with granite counters. Entertain at your wet bar with ice maker. There's also a large closet, half bathroom in the foyer area, adjacent to a private laundry area.
Master bedroom features king size bed and luxury bath with jacuzzi, double sinks & separate shower. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and it's own full bath. Queen sleeper in greatroom affords you more sleeping accommodations.
