We fell in love with the complex as soon as we saw the magnificent lazy river, 2 heated pools and Jacuzzi. Our son did test out the lazy river, waterslide and pools and wholeheartedly recommends the facilities. The facilities are just fabulous. What better than coming back from the Parks and relax in the sun lounger next to the pool while the children enjoy the waterslide and lazy river. Poolside restaurant dining and drinks service is available. Our house is only a couple of minutes walk from the clubhouse and facilities.
We bought our air conditioned two-story executive townhouse in May 2008 and had the whole house refurbished and equipped to provide all the facilities that you will need during your stay. Even the fridge/freezer and washing machine and dryer are new. We have installed a ceiling fan with integrated lighting in the living room and upstairs master bedroom. Two of the bathrooms are en-suite.
The house has cable television in all rooms, a 32” TV in the living room and a 19” TV in all bedrooms. A stroller and high chair is available for your use and we have left a selection of family games, children's books and DVDs in the house. The DVDs mainly consist of children DVDs.
A foldable play pen/crib can be made available at a small cost. Blankets and sheets will be provided.
The resort is a gated community and has a large restaurant and bar, poolside tiki bar, games room, fitness centre, spa and beauty complex, internet café (surcharge), indoor/outdoor Jacuzzi, steam room and children play area. FREE Wireless internet facilities are available in the clubhouse. The bar broadcasts live sporting events on plasma TVs. Please note that the resort charges $10 per day per house, but this will enable you to have unlimited access to all facilities. From March 2009 this charge will be payable to the home owner which will avoid having to pay this fee on arrival. The resort is only 10 miles from the main Disney attractions and is located on the I-27.
A Publix supermarket is located within 2 minutes and a Super Centre Wall Mart supermarket is located within 5 minutes drive.
There is so much to do around the Orlando area, one vacation will not be enough!. We have been visiting Florida for a number of years and are still exploring new attractions. We are passionate about Florida and if you need any information, specifically about fishing or hunting, do contact us as we most probably will be able to give you some ideas. For stays of five nights or less, there will be a $90 cleaning charge.
A non refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking.

Why the Owner Chose Regal Palms
We fell in love with the house and the resort when we saw the great facilities - lazy river, 2 heated pools, waterslide. We brought Daniel with us on our viewing trip as it was important that he liked the resort as well. The resort is perfect for us as it provides everything we need to keep our son and ourselves entertained on the "rest" days and, in contrast to a villa with its own pool, provides him with the opportunity to play with other children.

We are a family of three - Paul, Ria and Daniel - and live in the UK. We love Florida, there are so many different things to do and people are so friendly and helpful, and of course, the weather is superb.
We bought our Regal Palms house in May 2008 after seeing the resort advertised at a "Place in the Sun" exhibition in April 2008. The photos on the advert looked fabulous, but the resort was even better in reality.

Your instructions & directions were very clear - thank you. We returned back yesterday after a long journey & fabulous holiday which was certainly helped by having such a comfortable holiday home to base ourselves from. Your Florida home was just as described, very comfortable, spacious & spotless. The location was great too having the supermarket & other amenities so close enabled occasional no driving as an option. The resort facilities were excellent too and the pool was close and never too crowded - there were always sun loungers available. We made full use of the facilities in the house too especially the dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer - I did all the washing before I returned & it was great not to have mountains of washing to do when returning home ! Thank you again for the use of your home - I will definitely recommend your home to family & friends.

We had a great time, thank you. The house was perfect for us, particularly as it is only a few minutes walk to the pool. Everything we wanted was available from a corkscrew to extra towels. We can't fault it. We would gladly stay again (if we had the opportunity!!). A very relaxing home from home. Your management company were very efficient and when we arrived, we were in and out of their office in a matter of minutes. As you know after a long flight, all you want to do is get to your destination and not have any hold ups. I went back to their office several times during the holiday to use the internet and they were always friendly and efficient. Thank you for letting us use the house, we really did feel at home."
