We fell in love with the complex as soon as we saw the magnificent lazy river, 2 heated pools and Jacuzzi. Our son did test out the lazy river, waterslide and pools and wholeheartedly recommends the facilities. The facilities are just fabulous. What better than coming back from the Parks and relax in the sun lounger next to the pool while the children enjoy the waterslide and lazy river. Tiki bar is located near the pool. Our house is within easy walking distance from the clubhouse and facilities. The resort now also shows "Dive in Movies" on a large screen, which you can watch from the pool/lazy.
We bought our air conditioned two-story executive townhouse in May 2008 and had the whole house refurbished and equipped to provide all the facilities that you will need during your stay. We have installed a ceiling fan with integrated lighting in the living room and upstairs master bedroom. Two of the bathrooms are en-suite. The ground floor was tiled in August 2011.
The house has cable television in all rooms, a 32” TV in the living room and a 19” TV in all bedrooms. A stroller and high chair is available for your use and we have left a selection of family games, children's books and DVDs in the house. The DVDs mainly consist of children DVDs. A foldable play pen/crib can be made available at no extra charge.
The resort is a gated community and has a large restaurant and bar, poolside tiki bar, games room, fitness centre, spa and beauty complex, internet café (surcharge), indoor/outdoor Jacuzzi, steam room, children play area and volleyball court. FREE Wireless internet facilities are available in the clubhouse. The bar broadcasts live sporting events on plasma TVs. Please note that the resort charges $10 per day per house, but this will enable you to have unlimited access to all facilities. This fee is payable to the resort on arrival. The resort is only 8 miles from the main Disney attractions and is located on the I-27.
A Publix supermarket is located within 2 minutes and a Super Centre Wall Mart supermarket is located within 5 minutes drive.
There is so much to do around the Orlando area, one vacation will not be enough!. We have been visiting Florida for a number of years and are still exploring new attractions. We are passionate about Florida and if you need any information, specifically about fishing or hunting, do contact us as we most probably will be able to give you some ideas. The advert is just not long enough!
Please note that for any bookings of five nights or less, a cleaning fee of $90 will be charged. For bookings over five nights, this fee is included in the rental fee. There is a minimum stay of 4 nights throughout the year with the exception of the Christmas period when there is a minimum stay of 1 week.

Why the Owner Chose Regal Palms
We fell in love with the house and the resort when we saw the great facilities - lazy river, 2 heated pools, waterslide. We brought Daniel with us on our viewing trip as it was important that he liked the resort as well. The resort is perfect for us as it provides everything we need to keep our son and ourselves entertained on the "rest" days and, in contrast to a villa with its own pool, provides him with the opportunity to play with other children.

We are a family of three - Paul, Ria and Daniel - and live in the UK. We love Florida, there are so many different things to do and people are so friendly and helpful, and of course, the weather is superb.
We bought our Regal Palms house in May 2008 after seeing the resort advertised at a "Place in the Sun" exhibition in April 2008. The photos on the advert looked fabulous, but the resort was even better in reality.

Excellent property, very clean and well maintainted. It was a pleasure to deal with Ria and I highly recommend the townhouse. She was really quick to reply to e-mail. She also, check on my arrival to make sure everything was ok with us. The house it just a short walk to the resort (pool). Kids really enjoy the water slide and the lazy river. Would definitely rent from them again. Publix and wal-mart are really close for buying foods. It's not too far from Disney or Universal around 15 to 20 minutes drives. I really enjoy my vacation at the regal palms. THX RYA. Recommended for: Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
