This is a great unit end unit that is located on the same level as the above ground parking (you can use your key and side door for quick access to the unit) but the balcony is 10-12' above the ground for additional privacy. The condo is well furnished and comfortable.

Thank you for the use of the condo. We found the condo to be exactly as the pictures show and you have put thought into your guests needs. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. Excellent location. Close to the ocean, shopping and restaurants. Looking forward to coming back again.

Stayed here for the first time and LOVED it. Traveled with my husband and 2 sons, 9 and 14 years old. We could have stayed at the beach all day long. The creek had something for everyone! Our condo's location was perfect! It was our home away from home. Everything provided! Thank you so much!

We stayed in the condo for a week in June and 10 days in August. This was our first experience with a VRBO property; we have stayed at OC numerous times in the past but always went through its reservation desk. We had a fabulous experience each time this summer, and the owners were great to work with. I look forward to renting from them again next summer!

We had a great month! It was nice and warm for 2 weeks so got to enjoy the pool and ocean. The condo is so nice! We loved having everything all ready for us. We enjoyed many restaurants. We are having a great time here. The condo is wonderful. We love to eat out on the balcony. Barefoot Landing and Broadway on the Beach were great. T-Bones was a wonderful meal. The creek was a big draw for our boys. This is a fantastic beach.
