  Just perfect for a family vacation! Mike, the owner, is great. I can't even begin to explain how kind and generous he and his family are. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and being on 46th street, you're right in the middle of everything in Ocean City. Anywhere we wanted to go was either a short walk or no more than a 5 minute drive. The condo itself is great. Plenty of beds to accommodate either one very large family or multiple families. For us it was just me, my wife, 7 month old son, and a good friend. There's a nice wraparound porch facing the ocean that's great for early morning sunrises or just a relaxing nap while listening to the ocean. Each morning I'd feed my son his bottle as we sat on the porch and watched the sun come up. I can't begin to tell you have peaceful this was. There are 2 large sliding doors leading out to the porch which allows a nice ocean breeze into the unit. The kitchen is bigger than most condos. Plenty of room to prepare meals with all the amenities. Large screen TV in the living room along with DVD, VCR, Cable, Xbox, etc. The bedrooms also have flat screen, wall mounted tvs, dvd players, etc. If you have bad weather or just want to veg out inside there are more than enough areas to relax and watch some tv or a movie. Wifi too. I just can't say enough good things about this condo and Mike. Fantastic owner, fantastic location, fantastic amenities. Mike quickly responded to any and all questions/requests. Just a great guy! Thanks again for a great first vacation for my family! My son loved the beach. We will DEFINITELY be returning again. We've also recommended your rental to family and friends.

  Visited condo over bike week! GREAT place! Perfect location! Love mid-town! The view was beautiful and we really enjoyed the wrap around deck! The rooms were a nice size, plenty of room for our group of 9. Mike, the owner, was terrific to deal with. Prompt attention to email and kept in touch throughout the planning. Cannot wait to come back here next year! Condo was clean and well-maintained, had everything we could need, home away from home. Great experience! Thank you!!

  2012 was my family's first time renting this condo. We have been renting condos in Ocean City for over 30 years, and we found this one to be a great "home away from home." It has plenty of room and the cost is very reasonable for oceanfront property. The owners are so accommodating and pleasant to work with and the condo is well-maintained and well-furnished. Plus, there are lots of "extras" that make it even more special. The 45th Street location is so close to just about anything you'd need and that OCEAN VIEW is to die for!! We are looking forward to going back in 2013.

  This is the third year we have rented this property. It is an ideal location as to proximity to beach and activities. Owner is easy to work with and easy to get in touch with.

  This is the second time I've rented this property and my family and I love it! It's a great location and the owners are a pleasure to work with. It's the perfect midtown location. I look forward to many more stays there!

  Condo was even nicer than the pictures show. You can't get much closer to the ocean than this! Wrap around deck was awesome for watching the ocean and the surfers. It is definitely family-friendly and the owners are really nice people to work with. The condo is only a few blocks from the convention center, which was perfect for us. The only improvement I could suggest would be to replace the Ravens items with some Steeler items. :)

  This was really a great unit with plenty of positives. The owners were great to work with. Great communication and attention to detail. First floor unit - no elevator trips and an easy walk to the beach. Owner-provided sheets and towels (bath as well as beach) were excellent quality - no little, thin pieces of cloth that you might expect. The unit was very clean and had plenty of room. The appliances are new, new TVs as well and free wi-fi. There is an abundance of dishes, glasses etc. Can't beat the parking - two guaranteed "real" spaces - not "one and try to squeeze a small car in" and one space is at the foot of the stairs! We would just put our beach stuff in the trunk and pick it as needed on the walk to the beach. Has a nice deck - you get some nice pictures from it. The unit is within easy driving distance to many restaurants and attractions and walking distance from several local hot spots. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to stay here again- friendly owners and great value for your money is a hard combination to beat. You really feel like you can kick back and enjoy yourself. They also had a nice welcome basket waiting when we arrived. Only one negative -they are Raven fans. GO STEELERS.
