  WOW! The was the first thing everyone said when they walked in condo. The pictures are great, but you will be more impressed when you get there. The owner was extremely nice and down to earth. Will def be staying again.

  The condo was quite spacious for myself and my sons' families. We were 5 adults, one teenager and 4 little girls under 10, who loved the bunk room especially. We enjoyed the convenience of the beach and the pool was a nice alternative and still pretty warm for October. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed the whole time we were there and it happened to be a motorcycle weekend so there was a constant hum of Harleys, totally out of the owner's control of course. The owner was very accommodating with our few requests and obviously had good local support to respond quickly.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  I would highly recommend staying here. We had a mini family reunion and we had so much fun. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The place was clean upon arrival, the views were spectacular and all linens and kitchen utensils were there. Overall experience was great. The only thing I would consider is to pack up your car the night before leaving. The elevators to the complex broke down on a daily basis. Walking 19 flights of stairs (and not young) is not a good thing. Parking is not the best either. Other than that, the overall experience was amazing and we would do it again as a family.

  1903 Ocean Ritz is a very nice condo with an awesome view of the beach. The owner provided good customer service and we got what we paid for. There were no false advertisements etc...Everything was as advertised. If you are into fishing especially with kids call "REEL FUN" Fishing, CPT Terry McGowan for an awesome time. For the best food visit CPT Anderson's Marina Cantina. The biggest issue I had with the condo were the elevators. Being on the 19th floor definately required use of the elevators. During the week there were no issues. However, during the weekends the two elevators worked over time and actually broke down several times. During one of these outages someone in the building pulled the fire alarm so everyone had to evacuate using the stairs. Not fun obviously. Parking was another issue. Bring a small car. Large SUV's like mine were hard to maneuver in the EXTREMELY small cramped parking garage. Extra parking across the street quickly filled up and alternate parking lots were often used for our second vehicle requiring half the family to walk. My last word of advice is to bring movies if you have kids or like TV, the channels were absolutely awful.

  Huge, clean and beautiful place. The views from the large balcony are breathtaking! Loved seeing the dolphins swim by daily! Gregg was very easy to work with and the location was ideal. Can't wait to come back again. Miss it so much already,

  This place is just as it said it was online. It was relaxing and in the perfect location. If you are looking for a place that has everything, this is it. It is absolutely beautiful, the only thing that I didn't enjoy was the sand everywhere and in the sheets when we first arrived. But they did have a washer/dryer so it was an easy fix! If you are looking for a place within walking distance to bars and restaurants this is a great place. It is also right on the beach!

  Just returned from a stay in this condo. Everything was perfectly appointed! Our party of 9 ranged in age from 4-63 years old. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and spent most of our time there when we weren't on the beach or seeing the sights. The management of the building was friendly and helpful. The owner made staying here so easy and we would stay again in a second!

  The condo was wonderful, we had party of 9 including two children the layout was perfect for us, lots of room to spread out, it was clean and well maintained. The balcony was large enough to accomadate all of us with room to spare, and the view was incredible. The owner was very nice and accomadating. The area has lots to do for families, we took a dinner cruise, airboat ride and rode wave runners to swim with the dolphins, but our favorite activity was sitting on the balcony. Loved "Pier Park" for shoping and Walmart is just a few blocks away. We would highly reccomend this condo.
