Just returned from a stay in this condo. Everything was perfectly appointed! Our party of 9 ranged in age from 4-63 years old. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and spent most of our time there when we weren't on the beach or seeing the sights. The management of the building was friendly and helpful. The owner made staying here so easy and we would stay again in a second!

The condo was wonderful, we had party of 9 including two children the layout was perfect for us, lots of room to spread out, it was clean and well maintained. The balcony was large enough to accomadate all of us with room to spare, and the view was incredible. The owner was very nice and accomadating. The area has lots to do for families, we took a dinner cruise, airboat ride and rode wave runners to swim with the dolphins, but our favorite activity was sitting on the balcony. Loved "Pier Park" for shoping and Walmart is just a few blocks away. We would highly reccomend this condo.

This is a fabulous accommodation on a beautiful beach. If you enjoy watching sunsets, listening to the ocean, and being on the beach continuously, this is a great place to stay. Our family (parents -- 80's, children -- early teens, sister, wife and I--late 40's) had a great time. The very large porch was great for having dinner and watching the sun set as well as just a place to sit and relax an listen to he ocean and watch the dolphins. The discription and pictures are very accurate. The property was clean and very well maintained. I would recommend the property.

We just enjoyed this beautiful condo and had a wonderful time. The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Our family was very comfortable and had no "oil spill" problems on the trip. Beaches were gorgeous...just wish we could have stayed longer! Hopefully we can rent it again next year!
