Modern, Townhouses, next to the Lake,w/Hot Tub

Our properties offer many unique features, including the chance to have two properties for the price of one. With our low prices, we can offer a larger party of 10-12 people; a chance to rent both of our townhouses at the same time, and side by side, for a lot less than it would cost you to rent just one large home somewhere else. When considering this, think, you get twice as many amenities, as you would in a single large home. Twice the bathrooms, bedrooms, refrigerators, kitchens, towels, hot tubs and T.V controllers!
If you have pets, they can be in their own place and avoid pet issues. Or family issues too. It is the perfect place for your family retreat.
We cater to the individual renter also. Our townhouses are modern, and are one of the few places offering air-conditioning in the summer time.
If you are interested in renting both our properties at the same time, it is the perfect place for a Family reunion. Our Yard is so large and nicely maintained, it backs up to both the properties, and we have picnic tables on the property, to enjoy eating under the trees. Our places are equipped with (Two) gas BBQ s. One for each unit and the good thing is, you don’t have to pack in the picnic, and pack it back out, you can just bring it straight from your kitchen.
This same scenario can be used if you have two grandparents or parents joining you for Holiday. Maybe the family dynamics are such, that staying in two locations, while en-joying the holiday together, is the best situation. There are endless reasons why this situation might be right for you, so consider this, when looking for just one large home.
If you are planning on getting married here this summer, consider or townhouses for a rental. It is perfect for one side to have the groom and groomsmen on one side, and the Bride and bridesmaid on the other. My son just got married and it worked out great for this situation.

The units do not have an open door that goes directly be-tween the properties. It's not like the joining hotel rooms; they are distinctly their own properties. Access is through the front door only of each property.
Along with this, wonderful amenities, we are just a block away from the public beach. You don’t have to worry about finding a parking spot; you can walk to the beach. It makes it very convenient if one in your party wants to go home for a nap, or lunch, then the other party wants to remain at the beach. You can walk home to our property in 5 minutes. This way, you don’t have to be bound by someone else schedule, and you can go home when you choose to go home.
NOW LETS NOT FORGET THE ONES OF YOU THAT JUST WANT TO GET AWAY FROM IT ALL WITH SOMEONE SPECIAL, OR EVEN JUST BY YOURSELF AND YOUR BEST FRIEND FIDO. Our units provide a lot of privacy and quiet time..
The property is perfect for that couple who just wants to get away for the weekend, and do nothing. It can be a romantic place, with the high vaulted ceilings, and the attention to details in the lighting…. Everything you need is at your finger-tips… a wine opener, a fully stocked kitchen; many clean towels, free speed wireless internet, cable and flat screen tv.
Our townhouses are spacious with 2 levels. There is a bed-room and full bath downstairs, and another upstairs. It allows more privacy for each party. Each bedroom has their own full bath, supplied with lots of towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Each room has a T.V., While the main T.V is a 40’ flat screen with cable service over 50 cable channels. We also have C.D.’s set up in some of the rooms. We have books and board games to choose from.
WE have a DVD player, and an assortment of DVD for you to choose from. Our place comes with free wireless internet. Our beds come with down pillows, and high thread count sheets. Our main bathroom has two sinks, for his and hers usage
Our place comes with a huge fenced back yard, with some picnic tables and patio furniture. You don’t have to go farther than your own front door for your picnic this time. Cleanup is even easier. Each unit comes with a Full size washer and dryer.
Our properties have a Hot Tub with each Unit, and a stand up Gas BBQ grill for your pleasure. We have a dining table the sits 4 and a long counter top, with 4 bar chairs to eat at the counter. Our kitchen comes with all that you need. Our appliances include a toaster coffee-pot, blender, and pots and pans. A New microwave oven and Electric stove is furnished.
Each unit has a covered single garage, for your convenience, and has another space behind it, for another vehicle. There is additional parking around the property. We include free snow removal in the winter time.
Our places have a view of the Lake and are only blocks away from the El Eldorado beach.. Within walking distance, you can rent motor boats, or bicycles, mopeds, water crafts, and even for you dare, take a trip Para-sailing. There are lighted public tennis courts, and a Catholic and other church’s close by. There are so many things to do around our area, really within walking distance.
The So. Lake Tahoe community Recreation Center is only blocks away, where you can swim in the Olympic Size Pool, or ice skate at their Ice Skating Rink, and how about a few hoops, at the basketball courts? We also have one of the largest freebie parks in the country,
If none of that gets you excited, we have a nine- hole golf course that you can go and get a few licks in, in the morning. Not to mention our beautiful 18 hole golf course, Edgewood. They have a great Sunday Brunch,
We have a beautiful Large 24 hour Safeway, within a block of our home. We also have a bowling Alley and two local restaurants all within walking distance. You need to visit Mc Duffys, right on the corner for some great ale’,spirits and eats!!
We are close to the MS Dixie, and the Gondola at State-line. We are 1.5 miles from Heavenly Valley and about 1,.75 miles from the club.
There are endless places to shop Ladies, all near our home.
Pets are welcome for a $49.00 cleaning fee.

These two properties are completely refurbished, and are side by side next to each other. You may want to consider renting the two units, at the same time for family vacations, or holiday events. The two units presented online are the two units that I rent most frequently, and they do fill up rather fast. They are located in the Heart of South Lake Tahoe, very close to everything you are looking for. The two units, are both Two bedrooms with two full baths. They're two story's, one bedroom upstairs while the other is downstairs. Each room is equipped with a T.V and cable. There is a CD player in the living room. Each unit has brand new full size washer/dryer in them. Each unit has an enclosed garage, to keep your car clean and dry, especially when it snows. ~ Our units have been completely refurbished. ~ Includes FREE WI-FI INTERNET CONNECTION. ~Cable T.V. ~You have a full kitchen, W/ new dishwasher & micro. ~After Coming home from the slopes, you can soak in your own private hot tub,. ~There is a gas barbecue on the deck for BBQ. ~ In the summer, you can take your family to the beach, and still go home for lunch. ~Centrally located in the middle of South Lake Tahoe. ~This location includes many restaurants, again iN Walking distance. ~You have a very large Safeway at the end of our street for convenience. ~A bowling alley and Recreation center with a Swimming Pool and Skating rink is all conveniently located for your teenagers, all within walking distance. This person, asked me recently if he could use his FREE WEEKEND I GAVE HIM FOR FUTURE TRAVEL plus $100.00 on July 4th. I declined saying it was booked.                             If I were solely rating the rental home, I would have given it 4 stars. The townhome has a great location, was clean, and has many amenities (granted not all work). But the 2 star review is because of the lady who now rents this place. From the beginning, it was very difficult to get in contact with her. I would send her an email and it would take up to 48 hours to receive a response. I would have to send multiple emails before she would respond. At one point she emailed me in ALL CAPS asking me for a response 2 hours after she sent an email (I had already responded). She is very disorganized, it was quite apparent. I had to ask her for detailed directions as she failed to provide any. She didn't even give me her phone number, I had to ask for it (the number was not listed on homeaway at the time). On my travel day, she emailed me because she had not been able to find someone to clean the townhome (Last minute?). She said she did not have my cellphone number, even though I had sent it to her in a few emails. Thankfully I was flying in late so it did not end up being an issue. We arrived and the issues began. The directions to turn on the fireplace were not clear. We eventually figured that out. We noticed that the 2nd flr was much hotter than the 1st flr. My top priority was finding a rental with a hot tub. When we got there on thursday night, there were no instructions to power the hot tub on, but we eventually figured it out as well. However, the hot tub was not warming up the water!!! So I called Penny and it would go straight to voicemail. I could not even leave a voicemail as her mailbox was full. I sent her an email. I tried calling her again all day on Saturday and Sunday, but her phone was off the whole weekend. SHE NEVER CALLED OR EMAILED ME BACK!!! Extremely unprofessional. Thankfully it was not an emergency, but we were very disappointed. I called her a few times on Monday after we had returned home and she finally answered. She apologized, and her excuse was that it had been her Dad's funeral over the weekend (the previous owner). I did not believe her. She had already used the "father's funeral" excuse with me 3 other times during our 5 week interaction. Even so, she has a responsibility with the renters and I would have expected a call back at some point during my stay. Based on the previous reviews, it seems that the previous owner was great. But with the new owner, it is nothing but delays, excuses and lies. Not recommended!

                            Owner response: Please let me respond to your message I LOST MY FATHER ON JANUARY 16, OF THIS YEAR. HIS DEATH WAS unexpectedly, on Jan. 16th. My Father did not have things set up yet to pass the business to me yet. Without getting into the person part of my life, My Father lived with a girlfriend that took everything of his, Absolutely all of his paper work, to contact his renters, I had to go about this in a very difficult way, just to get you the information needed to contact you. I needed to secure a new cleaning service, and my Dad had let some things get a little less than normal, so I was managing 4 units, improving on each of them, make sure they were getting snow plowed out each place, and all in the mean time, I lived in Folsom, Ca. Have a family and home that I take care of, not to mention, all funds are tied up in probate. My Fathers girlfriend got into his business postage account and removed his checks out before I received them, So yes if it appeared that I had some issues in the beginning, I certainly informed everyone of the situation. I personally thought I have done a good job considering all the circumstances. If you feel that I failed you, I would like to have the opportunity to give you another chance, now since things are coming together. I would be willing to give you two nights for (some restrictions apply) but please give me the opportunity to make it right. To be honest with you, I haven't had time to grive for my Father yet. I must say that this type of response is very devastating to me, especially since I have really tried and worked to the bone to make all of his go off well... I have many positive responses sent to me, that I will soon forward to the site, so you others may understand why things may have been a little hard for me, and will give me a chance, not that things are calmed down. Please do give me a chance, call me, and I will be happy to answer your question. Sorry if I seemed unorganized, I was moving my office between Folsom, and Tahoe for four months, Just after losing my Father and receiving a message like this, really is hurtful. and I hope that the rest of you will give me a chance.                             Great property in fantastic location, easy drive to Heavenly California Base Lodge or very close to Heavenly Blue Go shuttle route, easy walk to Safeway, restaurants, banks, shops. My kids loved the hot tub, WIFI and three TVs. I loved the garage to park the car in on those snowy nights. We come from Australia and Lamont could not have been easier to deal with. We definitely recommend this property for any overseas (or even local) visitors, it exceeded our expectations and offered brilliant value for money.

                            I stayed here with my husband and our 6 year old. The place was perfect. All the comforts of home and very clean. The owner was very easy to deal with and available for any questions during our stay. We were close to everything and even got to enjoy the first snow of the season in the backyard. Great place to stay for the money.

                            My husband and two kids stayed here and really enjoyed it. the place has plenty of room and my son loved the wifi. we would definitely stay there again. also we had a big snow storm so it was great to be able to park in the garage.

                            Really convenient location: close to Heavenly California Base Lodge and to town and shopping. The condo was spacious to house a family comfortably and the internet access was a plus. The garage was good to have for parking the car and storing skis and snowboards on snowy nights. Lamont was very friendly and responsive in case there's a problem. Thank you.

                            We stayed at Lamont's two bedroom (B),and it had a very nice kitchen bar between the kitchen and living room (see through type), and that is where we had some of our meals. There was plenty of room for 4 people, very clean and complete with all we needed, and fair rental fees. A very nice and clean hot tub on the deck and it was close to the areas of town we wanted to go to. We would stay there again, and plan to on our next visit to South Lake Tahoe.

                            This condo was Perfect. It is about 2 blocks from the safeway, a short walk (or bike ride) to the beach and very close to the casino's and shopping centers. My boyfriend and I enjoyed Barbequing on the deck, while relaxing in the private spa. There is a washer and dryer which totally came in handy after a day at the beach. The condo was very clean and charming. Loved that we had access to the garage to store out bikes and keep the sap from getting on my car. We had great communitaction with the owner. We will refer our friends and family to this place and will definatly come again. We are already planning out next trip! Thank you so much Lamont!

                            This is place is amazing! It's very close to the casinos, grocery stores, restaurants and spas.. My boyfriend and I had a really wonderful time. As soon as we entered, we were immediately impressed with the cabin. It was very charming and CLEAN! This place is fully equipped with everything you need to make your vacation perfect! We enjoyed lounging by the fireplace and barbecuing out on the deck! Great communication with the owner! He is very prompt in replying to all emails and correspondence that I was very confident in leasing his place. And I'm glad I did! If you're looking for a private, cozy, romantic place, then this is surely it! Private outdoor Jaccuzzi - need I say more? We will definitely come back! We have been referring this place to all of our friends because we truly had an amazing, romantic retreat! Thanks, Lamont!

For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. Property: The property is located at: 3325 Treehaven Way #B So. Lake Tahoe, Ca. 96150 The property is furnished and includes _Towels, linens, soap, shampoo, pillows ,kitchen supplies, coffee pot, Wireless Internet, Flat screen T.V,. CD, DVD, Alarm clocks, Washer and Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Picnic table, patio furniture, books CD player, CD's Books, Sled's and some beach items. and Hot Tub, and gas BBQ. (Due bring your own beach towels.) 2. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons. An additional charge or $ 20.00 per person per night for guests in addition to 6 will be assessed. 4. There are some rules about keeping the spa water clean. Shower before going in. . IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU NEVER UNPLUG THE HOT TUB. IF YOU DO, IT WILL FREEZE AND CRACK, (ALREADY HAPPENED) AND YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF THE REPLACEMENT, AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW HOT TUB. THE SIGNER, TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL IN HIS/HERS PARTY. NOT ONLY FOR THIS SECTION OF THE CONTRACT BUT FOR THE ENTIRE CONTRACT HELD IN FORCE. . Option A: The deposit is for security and shall be refunded within 30 days of the Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to: i. damage to the property or furnishings; ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or iii. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay. Guest Responsibility: Any other guests other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. This is strictly prohibited. If any bedding, is used other than what was agreed upon, like the pull out bed, or roll away bed, and it was not approved, the signer of the contract will have funds deducted from his/her deposit, for extra cleaning and maid services. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. PETS are permitted only with prior approval and a fee paid,of $45.00, for extra cleaning involved. Two dogs will be $65.00. I love my Boxer Lola, can't think of going without her. However, I cannot see me taking her with me, and leaving her in a unknown place. You are not to leave your dog, in the condo, without you being there. If your dog causes any damage to the property, we will provide you with a written estimate of damages, and you are to pay for all costs incurred, for damages over the above security deposit amount. You are solely responsible for any actions that your dog may encounter. That includes any dog bites, or intimidation. by your dog to another animal or human. If your dog, is found to be aggressive, or is an excessive barker, you asked to leave without a refund. You are to definitely clean up after your dog. Watch this very carefully. If there are "gifts left" by your dog,that were not cleaned up by you, we willl have to deduct deduct money from your security deposit, what the maid charges such work. She checks the yard as a regular service so please be considerate of the next tenants, and bring something to pick up your dogs 'Gifts" 7. PARKING: .PARKING – Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). There is parking available Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. the road is . Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. There is other parking available on the side of the street. and it is legal. However, you cannot park in the neighbors yards. They have signs, so be careful not to park in there driveway. . 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 9. HOT TUBS: [No children under the age of _5__ permitted in hot tubs at any time] [without adult supervision]. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. [DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement.] Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. HOT TUB. They are easy to use, just turn on the button, there is a light, and you can adjust the jets. 9.a DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, UNPLUG THE HOT TUB. FOR IT WILL CRACK IN A FREEZE, AND THE ENTIRE HOT TUB WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED. IT HAPPENS, BECAUSE IT ALREADY DID TO ME If you have sunless tanning spray on, please shower before. Tanning spray and the Hot tub don't mix. It strips your tan too. If you leave the hot tub dirty, there is a $75.00 charge to have it serviced with a complete water change, and chemical treatment, done by our spa techs. Put cover back on. We keep hoses, in both the units,stored downstairs in the garage. If you are there for an extended amount of time, and there is evaporation in the hot tub, or water overflow, and you want to add water to the hot tub, you can connect the hose from the water fixture and run the hose up the stairs and out the deck. We suggest that if it is a lot of water that needs refilling, that you put if on warm to slightly hot. The tubs take a very long time to heat up. Don;t use only hot water, and then need to shower, the hot water heater is not especially huge. So do this when not needing to take a shower right away. Use caution when retracting the hose, as not to get water on the carpet. Make sure the end of the hose has all the water out of it, before rolling it up and putting it back in place neatly. This normally never has to be done by the guest. If only in certain circumstances would you need to do this. FENCING, STAIRWAYS, AND CHILDREN'S SAFETY. If you share with the party next door, do not climb over high fence. It is very dangerous, and not allowed. Will not be held responsible for any actions resulting in this activity. If the fence is compromised in any way, you are responsible for the building of a new high fence. Keep in mind when there are small children, and they might like to climb. Our back deck fence is only about 4' 5' tall, and a child could crawl up on the patio furniture and go over the rail. We are not responsible for any accidents involving any accidents, due to the patio and patio fencing. This unit has a split stairway. If you have little toddlers, it is suggested you bring a fence gate to block off the stair way, for your child's safety. The are split stairs, so they are not as dangerous, but you still want a heads up about any possible problems. We are not responsible for your child's safety concerning the stairs . FIREPLACES, AND THERMOSTATS. 10. [Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented propane gas log fired firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.] [Fireplaces are turned off when you are not at the condo. and before you leave, PLEASE MAKE SURE THE FIRE PLACE THERMOSTAT AND THE HEATER/ AIR CONDITIONER ARE LEFT ACCORDINGLY. . THE HEAT IS DOWN TO 68' BEFORE LEAVING THE COOLER SET AT 78, BEFORE LEAVING. The fireplace works like the heater. The thermostat is located on the wall, and all you do is turn it up past the temperature of the room, and it comes on. Note to turn it off when not in use. The gas bill can get quite high when left on all day.Thanks.. PLUMBING DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. 12. WEATHER CONDITIONS Option A: If there is a storm or you need to leave early due to road conditions, sorry there will be no refunds due to weather. There will be no refunds on: -Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; -Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, due to weather related issues. -Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the a bad storm, or road closures." Option B: No refunds will be given for storms. [Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.] SNOW REMOVAL Although we try to remove the snow from your driveway, we cannot guarantee this service. If you are elderly, and you forsee a problem, with snow removal contact me ahead of time, and I can make previsions. . We offer this service strictly as a added bonus to your stay. We do provide shovels for you to use. LAST BUT NOT LEAST. The next few months, while I am now taking over my Father's business, I need to establish my own reputation.                           About the owner: I'm 71 years old and have lived in Tahoe since 1959. I like to stay in prestigious places when I travel. I think I am an easy going person, and I like to treat people the same way. I like to stay in other local vacation rentals while I am vacationing. I like enjoy boating and fishing at Lake Tahoe. There is plenty of boating for your pleasure in Lake Tahoe. Hope you can join us in Tahoe. I am very proud to be his daughter. Many people have shared great stories about him, that I never get tired of hearing. Understand that I have taken over his business, and have been thrown quite a lot the first few months. Things are calming down, and getting a little more smooth. Please know that I want to serve all your needs, as did my Father. I will strive to make you happy, since he was so good at what he did.                           Why the Owner Chose Bijou 2:
                          This property has it's own private hot tub with a view of the lake. The beach is only a block away, with restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance. Being Centrally located and close to all the casino' you have the ski slopes, and beach, all within 10 minutes! I like to go boating and there is plenty of it for your pleasure in Lake Tahoe. (Left by my deceased father. Lamont Morgan.) My Father was known for his friendly service and laid back attitude. He made the units pet friendly for all of us who love our four legged friends. (There is a $45.00 deep cleaning fee, however.) The units come with all the bedding, kitchen ware, towels and linen included. We offer Wi-Fi internet, and some of the units come with a computer to use. We offer cable T.V and T.V in each room, so the kids have there own T.V. Our units have been newly remodeled, however they are not old, very modern, and the floor plan is nice. One bedroom and bath upstairs, while the other is separated down stairs, for complete privacy. Every unit comes with Washer, Dryer, dishwasher, full baths, and a inclosed garage for one car. We try to provide you with up to date snow removal, ( cannot always promise, but do our best with our own plow. So com and join us for some fun in Tahoe. Each unit comes equipped with its own BBQ right on the deck with the Hot Tub. Just think ladies, you can be sitting in the hot tub, while your honey cooks for you?? Just a little humor. Please be patient with me, however, just losing my Father her recently, and having to learn the ropes so quickly, has been challenging.
