This is a lovely, well-maintained home seven minutes south of Breckenridge, on a quiet street with easy access to Highway 9. It is a well appointed 1400 square feet home with charming mountain decor. It is close to the ski areas of Vail, Keystone and Copper Mountain. It has beautiful views of a lovely aspen grove and near-by mountain peaks. It is well situated among many great hiking trails for the summer hiking enthusiast.
The main floor has a spacious family room with a wood burning, moss rock fireplace, vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows. The dining room is sunny and French doors open to the deck. The kitchen is well appointed with a small eating area. A free standing gas stove adds to the coziness of the house. The main floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom.
The second floor has the master bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. Adjacent to the bedroom, the loft is a cozy area for reading and relaxing. The couch opens to a full sized bed.
The house has nice quality linens, comforters and furnishings. Bathrooms have been updated with new tile and fixtures. The home is well suited for a romantic get-away or a small families.
