50% Deposit required upon reservation.
Bal.,7% bed tax, $400.00 refundable security deposit and $75.00 cleaning fee
due 60 days prior to occup. $50 refundable gate pass fee collected upon check in
Cancellation fee and policy: 60 days or more prior to start date,
Owner will refund all deposits less $100.00 processing fee. No smoking, No pets.
