This unit was awesome! When you rent a place without seeing it first you are always a little uneasy as to if it will look like the pictures. This condo exceeded our expectations in every way; location could not have been better, we had parking (if was so much cheaper to rent cars than to take the shuttle), the kitchen was a 10 (although we didn't get to use it that much), whatever we needed it was there. It was beautifully decorated with every little detail. There were plenty of blankets, sheets etc. It does get a little cool in the mornings in the kitchen and living room however the space heater warmed it up quickly. I travel 80% for my job and I'm usually counting down the days to when I can come home and get in my own shower, however when I got home all I could think of was how can I make my shower a hot steam shower. This was our first time in Park City, we usually go to CO. Our experience with this Condo and Park City will bring up back. Mary was a pleasure to work with and answered any questions I had quickly. I will be back and excited that I now know of a great place to stay (will save so much time). Thanks again for everything!Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

The location of the property was great. It was within walking distance to the local main strip of restaurants, stores etc. All of the rooms were nicely appointed. The beds and everything were on point and everything was nicely setup and clean. This was my first time doing a vacation rental property and I think if you have a large group of people (who can stand eachother) this is a way better option than hotels.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

This was our first time using VRBO. We are pretty easy going so we assumed everything would work out as planned. Well, much to our surprise everything about this home exceeded what we were expecting! The online photos made it look great but it was actually better than what could be seen in the photos. For example, when skiing we like a big breakfast, so why not cook it on the 24" built-in Viking griddle. You bet! We had six people in our party and had way more than enough space, if there were more beds 8-10 could fit comfortably. Speaking of beds, make sure you realize that bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds, not really sure why? Having booked the trip I claimed the master which is WAY better than the other two rooms so we made the master bath open to all. This worked well because we all enjoyed using the steam shower after a long day of skiing. The cleaning service did an immaculate job getting the place ready for guests and I had no problem paying the cleaning fee to know that the next guests would enjoy the place as much as we did. Main street and the town lift were just as close as we were told and were easily reached on foot. The rental was a great find (Thank You Mary) and I would return to the same place in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We had great time and loved Park City. Great skiing and great restaurants. The location was wonderful for access to everything. We walked just a few minutes to town for dinner and exploring. The condo was bright and sunny and very cozy. The afternoon sun hit the couch at the perfect angle for a cat nap. We rented a car to drive to other ski areas but the shuttle stops right across the street so a car is not necessary. We loved our first visit to Park City and I am sure it will not be our last.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

The house/duplex was very well located on the bus line and close to walking to town. The accommodations, especially the kitchen was great. We also LOVED the steam shower and the master tub. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived and it looked just like the pictures. There were a couple of things that were a challenge and one was the heating. The main room was cold and the bedroom was hot. One of the upstairs bedrooms was cold and the other was OK. The fireplace gave out no heat. I would definitely recommend space heaters. The entry is freezing and the cold comes up from there. We had a few problems with appliances and the upstairs TV which the property manager addressed. All in all we had a great time and I would definitely recommend it to friends. LOTS of stairs and maybe not too good for older clients or very young toddler.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
Owner response: Linda, Thank you for the insightful review. I wanted to let you know that we have addressed all of the issues you brought up, with the exception of stairs. The Direct TV box that burned out has been replaced; the Miele part that was missing has been ordered; a space heater has been placed in the entryway. Thank you so much for the feedbackHowever, we can't do anything about the stairs. Park City is noted for stairs in property. This property had fewer sets of stairs than most of the properties in town.

We really enjoyed the gourmet kitchen. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner and felt like we were right at home at the large dining table. We played cards at night and loved the hot tub. The house is beautiful, even better than the pictures. The bedding was very comfortable and the house was very clean. Walking distance to great hiking and we were able to ski both in Park City and a quick easy drive to Brighton one day which had more snow. The shopping and restaurants were right across the street. Grocery stores were close and loved the Whole Foods. We would love to come back and stay again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This house is nicely appointed and has everything you need. An excellent kitchen, good wi-fi, a small stereo for your Ipod, everything you need for happy hour, and a fabulous master bedroom-bathroom set-up. We stayed in the summer and the only time we got in our car was to go hiking at the Canyons. We are energetic, and while not just around the block, my wife and I walked every day to Deer Valley and Park City to hike.. The place is two blocks from Main Street and the paved bike trail. We walked to dinner and the Main Street activities almost every night. The street referrred to in the previous review is Deer Valley Dr. It is a two-lane street with an observed 25 mph speed limit. The other street is a traffic circle with a cross walk. Crossing the street to get to Main Street didn't present a problem for us. The manager is always accomodating and easy to reach if you need her. I would highly recommend this place.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We found the property to be clean and in reasonable condition, although for some reason there was an ottoman left on the entrance stairs. The property is a very short walk from Main Street which is what we wanted, although you do need to cross two very busy streets to get there. The property shares a complete wall and garage with another property, which in my opinion makes this a duplex, rather than a private home. There was no one in the adjoining property when we stayed there, so I can't say if neighborly noise would be a problem or not. I think that the pictures are accurate as to the rooms and furnishings. You should notice that only one room has a double bed, so this is not set up for a group of couples. Some things that are not obvious from the photos that could be important to you are first, that there are no bedrooms in this property that have full window coverings (in other words this is not a place for people who like to sleep late). Second, the windows are all single pane, so there is very little noise reduction from the street which is one of the busiest streets in Park City. We left the Direct TV on a music channel the whole time. Third, there are a lot of ticking clocks in this property, at least one on each floor except for the garage. Fourth, this is a four floor property, the fourth floor is pretty hot even with the AC on. The AC did work very well for the lower three floors. The access to the hot tub was through the fourth floor, and during August the hot tub area was very still and hot (no shade or breeze). We enjoyed ourselves and the house has good wi-fi, satelite TV, nice garage, really big shower. I just want to point out some things that might impact your stay. I would recommend the property to a friend or relative, so long as they knew all of these details. We hiked everyday (drive, park, hike) and then walked to Main Street for dinner most every night.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 3/3

We really lucked out with this house. A one minute walk to main street was perfect for keeping the cars parked and not having to worry about taking the shuttle to and from the lifts. Perfect for small groups and families with plenty of beds for sleeping. Mary the realtor went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. See you next year!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
