We love Park City! We enjoy the clean air and cool temperatures in the summer, along with all the fun family events taking place all over town. Winters are a skiers paradise with tons of fresh powder and blue skies.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our property's location is fantastic. We are a 3 minute walk to Main Street. A 5 minute walk to the Town Lift. Plus, the bus stop to Deer Valley is directly across the street from our home. We also enjoy views of Park City Mountain Resorts town ski runs

Fantastic place to stay, gorgeous gourmet kitchen and the ideal location! I couldn't have imagined how perfect and convient this home is. We really appreciated being relaxed and pampered because we happen to pick a week with not great snow condtions!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This home is warm, comfortable and met all the needs of our seven Ski Party members. The interior is beautifully decorated and has everything you require after a hard days skiing/riding. The home is fully equipped, especially the kitchen, you want for nothing! The communication services (WiFi/Telephone) makes keeping in contact very easy. The location is superb being just minutes away from Main Street where there is an abundance of restaurants/bars. Access to the local slopes is very easy as you can walk or jump on the free bus. The property management group were most helpful in responding to our many requests, and information needs on where to ski/ride. This home will not fail to impress!!!

We had a great time, house was great, location was perfect. Being half a block to the bus, we just walked the half a block and took the bus to the base lodge, didn’t even bother walking to the town lift. A few guys went to Deer Valley and the bus stops across the street from the driveway.

We stayed at the Old Town Home during the Sundance Film Festival and it was absolutely perfect. It's beautifully appointed, wonderful sheets and comforters, amazing 'cooks' kitchen that's fully equipped - the house is quiet, yet such an easy walk to the transpo hub (get anywhere) and Main Street.
