The Marbella Club is an exclusive residential complex located just 45 steps away from the beach. This ground floor luxury apartment has ample terraces overlooking the beach. This corner unit's view is pure nature. You'll see nothing but beautiful sandy beaches with cocounut palm tress, a gazebo with aprox. 2 acres of green lawn and a golf cousre.
The unit has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and spectacular bathroom with a jacuzzi overlooking the bedroom. The guest room has a king size bed as well, a private bathroom with a walk-in closet, and a private balcony overlooking the golf course. The third bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed and an additional twin size bed. It has a large living room with pocket doors that when opened,integrates the ocean terrace and welcomes the caribbean breeze right into the living room. It has a dining room and fully equiped kitchen with an amazing view as well. The feel once inside the unit is paradise!
The Marbella Club offers a concierge service, a private wine "cava", a gym and 2 swimming pools. It is located in Palmas Del Mar, a full service community with 24 hour security gates, 17 restaurants, one hotel, church, boating, 162 yacht marina, golf cart rental, supermarket, tennis courts, horseback riding, and some retail shops in the eastern side of the island.

My family spent a fabulous week at Marbella during Spring Break this year. The unit is stunning with the ocean just steps away from the spacious back deck. Plenty of room for six of us (wife and four kids). Marbella is a separate oasis within the larger Palmes de Mar resort. We enjoyed the golf, horseback riding, beach club, and exploring at Palmes de Mar, while being conveniently located for day trips to El Yunque/snorkling/Old San Juan. Agu could not have been a more accomodating host. He provided us with great information about Puerto Rico (this was our first visit), and assisted with all aspects of our visit. I recommend getting a golf cart when you are at Palmes de Mar - it is a large resort and the golf cart adds to relaxation. My kids rated our Spring Break as "the best vacation ever" and we have a picture of the view from this unit's back deck on our computer as a screen saver. Thank you Agu!!!!
