The three of us stayed for one week 17-24th June. Very smart and modern with everything you require. The air conditioning was essential as the temperatures in Montreal were in the 75-85 degrees range. We were there for the Rotary annual conference which was in the Conference centre and 20 mins walk. The Bell Centre was 10 mins walk across the road where we saw the British singer Russell Watson - fantastic. The metro is in the same area if you prefer that to a cab. There is a good supermarket 10 mins walk away. The river cruise was disappointing as there was nothing to look at but the meal was good. Does not compare to the Thames cruises in London. Could not get into the Biodrome or Olympic Stadium as there was a council staff strike but went up the leaning tower for a panoramic view. The old quarter was worth a visit but be early for restaurants as it gets crowded. Would certainly recommend the apartment for anyone visiting Montreal and it was certainly admired by about ten people who we invited for a drink and snacks.

Everything was lovely ,clean and well-maintained. Location is perfect for visiting Old Montreal and shoping places. For sport fans there is Bell Centre right there where you can visit ice hockey game or UFC.10 minutes by walk to get the 3 hours bus tour with exellent tour-guid-driver. Do not forget to visit BioDome and Olimpic Stadium. Exellent choice for tourists with a car. Convenient parking in the garage of the same building. Paul Martin is extremely pleasent owner.He will give you all information you need. He responds fast. His manager Benjamin is a wonderfull nice person.You can contact to him and get help if you need any. I liked this place a lot.I would recommend this condo to my friend indeed.

We were 4 persons staying on this condo for more than a week. Everything was nice...we were there for work purposes so the jacuzzi was perfect to relax in the end of the day and the swimming pool also. The apartment is nicely arranged and with everything that you might need. The owner was always available for anything necessary. The location is quite good as in walking distance you reach supermarket, restaurant areas and main downtown.
