Stunning beachfront suite at the prestigious Residencias Molino de Agua where the river meets the ocean. This new gated complex on a tropical beach area in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, is located directly where everyone wants to be. Just a 2 minute walk over the bridge to Old Town Square. You will love this luxuriously appointed 3BR & 3 bath all on one level with approximately 3100 square feet of custom paint colors and professionally designed interior. Tall glass doors open almost completely to the huge oceanfront veranda with views of the pool, River Qual, beach, bay and city. The view is unbelievable and there is no other property like this, situated on the corner where both the River and the ocean meet only 2 minutes from Old Town Square. This view terrace affords daytime lounging beside a glistening sea as well as dining to spectacular sunsets and vistas while the lights of Vallarta twinkle to life throughout the evening.
Sleeping arrangements are available for up to 8 guests. There are 2 master suites one with King size bed and the 2nd with a Queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom also has a Queen size bed. Two extra twin size beds are features hidden in 2 comfortable ottomans located in the larger Master suite. They can be utilized anywhere including the veranda for a dreamy night under the starlit sky.
All new and modern amenities include a well-Equipped, modern kitchen with granite center island. Appliances includes new convection oven, microwave oven, gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with ice maker and water filter system, coffee brewer, tropical fruit blender and wine chiller. Purified drinking water flows from all luxury condo taps.
In addition to the free long distance to the Mexico, US, Canada and other parts of the world we also offer the latest electronics plus Wi-Fi: in the living area, a large screen, high-definition television with surround sound broadcasts using US cable. Stereo system that includes iPod or MP3 player hook-ups. All rooms feature “Wi-Fi” wireless internet connection service. A safe is provided for passports and any valuables. The master bedroom bath features a large jacuzzi tub for a romantic evening or just relaxing by candlelight with a bottle of your favorite wine or champagne.
In addition to our fan system in nearly every room we also offer an optimum Air Conditioning System: All rooms are served by a large (8 ton), quiet, modern, private, built-in, fan and coil air conditioning system with dehumidification capabilities. Separate temperature controls are in each room.
Separate laundry room is offered with full size clothes washer and dryer along with other necessities such as pool toys.
This fully-furnished, luxury suite includes luxury mattresses, bed linens and towels. Kitchenware, and dining sets are provided for up to 16 guests. Maid service is provided three days a week. Concierge Service offers recommendations and makes tour and restaurant reservations as well as arranging a host of other activities.
A well-stocked grocery store with a good meat and produce sections is two blocks from our corner. A convenience store is across our street. Next door is Alba Auto Rental, which offers cars and open Jeeps either daily or weekly.
Room Service is also available to deliver delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner at a very reasonable price

Why the Owner Chose Romantic Zone
We chose Molino De Agua after coming to Vallarta for over 26 years and after 5 years of searching for the perfect second home. Of all the places we have been to and seen in the world, and in Mexico over the years, many so beautiful, we loved the location, convenience and culture of Molino so much that it was finally the right place and time to buy our own stake in our favorite town, Puerto Vallarta.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There is no view like from here. From cruise ships arriving in early morning to watching the Iguanas in the tree tops, to children swimming in the river, to the fireworks from the pirate ship at night, to the sound of the waves crashing on our oceanfront beach, you will never be bored from our patio.
You will find 30 or more fabulous restaurants within a short walking distance, along with other services and activities. Just walking the Malecon at night is one of our favorites.

We live in Sammamish Washington and although it’s a beautiful place to live we love the contrast of warm breezes and the smell of the ocean in Puerto Vallarta. We also love coming to a vibrant city with so much to do and no need for a car. This past year we brought all of our grown children, their spouses and grandchildren (13 of us in total) and we had such a wonderful time. There was plenty for everyone to do both together and separately all within walking distance. Our kids say it’s their favorite vacation ever.
I can still remember their amazement as they walked through the front doors. All I heard was WOW. This was truly meaningful as we spent a great deal of energy having the place decorated and every detail attended to so that anyone who stays at our property will feel as we do that they are escaping to luxurious accommodations in the most beautiful place in the world.

Awesome Suite With Breathtaking Views

We hit the jackpot when we discovered this unit. The photos only give a glimpse of its true beauty and upscale decor. The complex is newly built and pristene. The pool is huge! (The picture only shows about half the pool.) We spent many hours there soaking up the sun and the view of the ocean without the bother of locals trying to sell their wares. The location allows for strolling along the Malecon to all the restaraunts, clubs, and shopping in the Old Town Square and the Romantic area. No need for a car, and if you get tired there are plenty of taxis. The complex does have designated parking available for each unit inside the gate if you do rent a car. We enjoyed several good meals at Epoca right next door, but our favorite was Daiquiri Dicks, check out the chicken saltimbocca. We went on Vallarta Adventures', Outdoor Adventure, I'd say that was the highlight of our trip. The waterfall is running and we were soaked, just bring a change of clothes. They stop at a Tequila factory on the way back for lots of tasting! I highly recommend staying in this unit. Tricia, the owner, is so nice and was always easy to reach by email for all our arrangements and little questions. She made us feel like we were her special guests.

We can't say enough about how outstanding our stay was at Molino de Agua. First, the place is heavenly! The kitchen is a dream to cook in with the gorgeous views of the bay. Each room is beautifully appointed and you lack for nothing, truly! The beds are superbly comfortable and the master bath is basically a spa onto itself. From the terrace you can hear the ocean and the salt water pool is divine. Honestly, we did not want to leave! Lastly, the owner was incredibly hospitable as we had a medical emergency and needed to extend our stay. The management staff at Molino de Agua was outstanding too! Carlos, the general manager, and Jose, the doorman couldn't have been more attentive and caring during our medical mishap. They continued to inquire after our daughter in the kindest way. We miss them as much as the gorgeous condo!

We spent three weeks in November at your fabulous condo. We love PV and the location of your condo is hands down the best in all of Vallarta. The views of the ocean and the Rio Cuale from the balcony are outstanding! The sunsets and fireworks seen nightly on the balcony are to die for! The condo is immaculate and beautifully appointed. And the best is that you are walking distance to the best restaurants and shopping in all of Vallarta. We can't wait to return!

This place is the absolute perfect PV rental. The pictures truley do not do it justice. It is in the best location in town, has every amenity you could want or think of, a stunning view and a pool and private palapa for the best sunsets in PV. I will be back!

I meant to email earlier and tell you that all is well in PV, but it is already our last night, and it flew by way too quickly. We ABSOLUTELYLOVE your place: the location, the amenities, the way you have it decorated...everything. And we have had a great time in PV. Our weather has been spectacular. Thank you so, so much. We stayed at this gorgeous place for the all too short period of nine days. The location is perfect, walking distance to almost everything you'd want to do in PV. Restaurants and art galleries are all around. All that and the condo itself is fabulous. There is a huge deck area that has a view of both the ocean and the city, the perfect spot for relaxing in the afternoon or evening breeze. Modern kitchen, new furnishings, great artwork - this is the perfect place to relax. We'll return as often as we can.

We were expecting this to be a wonderful place to stay and it was. However the pictures they have on this site do not even begin to do the unit justice. It really is a gorgeous unit. We had the pleasure of meeting other guests at Molino and wer invited to see other units. Everyone including the other guests thought our unit 506 was the nicest hands down. Listen to me call it our unit, obviously we will be back! The other mentionables include all of the little things they have thought of, really cool dishes, glasses, kitchenware, beach towels, soft blankets etc. The other absolutely wonderful thing is the breathtaking view both during the day and at night. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you so much!

My kids loved it. There is a secure pool just off the beach and lots of things for them to do. For the adults there were restaurants and shopping close by. And the view! It has to be one of the most beautiful views in all of PV. New and spotless, it was the epitome of luxury with marble floors, a huge veranda opening off the living/dining room, and again, the view!
