Master bedroom on 2nd floor has king bed with dresser, nightstands, ceiling fan, cable TV, full private bath with separate bathtub and shower, balcony to relax and watch sun rise and set, and walk in closet.
3rd bedroom and 4th bedrooms have a queen bed and 2 twin beds respectively are both on 2nd floor and share a full bath and more than adequate built out closet space; one with a walk in and dresser.
Kitchen and Dining room (table seats six) open up to spacious living room with stereo, cable TV, DVD player and glass sliders leading to large private patio. We are steadily adding books, video games and board games.

Large private patio has dining table/chairs, gas grill and ping pong table. Walk to heated community pool or free clay community tennis courts and have some fun in the sun.
All activities can be reached with short drive or walk, restaurants (walk 1/2 mile to local Irish pub, sushi/hibachi, bar and grill or drive to upscale dining less than 10 minutes), dine on the water, shopping (drive 10 minutes), golfing (walk 1/2 mile or drive to any one of the many golf courses we have here), tennis (walk and free!), airport (20 minute drive)...
The Beach is just five miles away! Watch turtles lay eggs in May or hatch in September! Boat, fish, visit the lighthouse, canoe with alligators, learn how to surf, etc! This pristine area has A rated schools and so much more to offer!

They lived at this vacation rental property location for several years before they moved with their 3 children into another home in the same development.
