Enjoy this beautifully appointed Gulf Front unit with awe inspiring views of emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Professionally decorated in a West Indies theme, enjoy the spectacular view from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. This 1400 square foot open floor plan unit also has a 40 foot balcony with over 360 additional square feet for entertaining or enjoying quiet meals and beautiful sunsets.
Our non-smoking unit is well equipped with TVs, VCR/DVD players in the living room and both bedrooms. The unit includes a master suite with king size bed, full bath with tub/shower and balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with private bathroom access (tub/shower) with separate vanity. Bunk beds are available for the little ones off the living area. Also there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
There's ample seating for six at the spacious dining table as well as additional seating at the bar. The kitchen has solid surface counter tops and all appliances. A large size washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Raised ceilings with crown molding, ceramic tile floors and cultured marble tubs and vanities contribute to a feeling of luxury.
The complex has two large ocean front pools (one heated), large poolside pavilions with gazebos, two beach front Jacuzzi hot tubs, and kiddy pool. Covered Assigned Parking is wonderful on summer days. There is also a club room and fitness center for your enjoyment.
Three high speed elevators are available.
The quiet Thomas Drive area is close to many favorite restaurants such as Spinnaker's, Pineapple Willies, and Captain Anderson's. Activities for the family such as miniature golf, bumper boats and go-carts are within walking distance. Golf courses are nearby as is St. Andrews State Park.

During the past 30 years we have been coming to PCB, this condo is the most beautiful so far. The view from the balcony is awesome. It has all the comforts of home. The location is close to restaruants and entertainment. The owners are a pleasure to work with. We hope to return next year. Thanks for a great vacation.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This unit is the best I have stayed in to date. The pics certainly do not do this unit justice. It is a beautiful unit, beautifully decorated, and with the most awesome view of the Gulf. Even though the weather was uncooperative, we had a good time and did not mind being cooped up because the unit is very spacious. The communication with the owner was easy and all in all this was the best stay I have had. I would highly recommend this unit and hopefully will have an opportunity to stay there again. The only negative thing was checking in day was hectic but that was to be expected and certainly had little impact on the entire week.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
