The interior boasts beautiful bamboo hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a full-size washer and dryer. The first floor welcomes you with beautiful ceramic tile in the hallway which lead into three (3) carpeted bedrooms and a full bathroom. Upstairs you will enjoy relaxing in front of a 47" HDTV with DVR in the family room, 26" HDTV flat screen with DVD players in the Master Bedroom , First Floor Front Bedroom and Back Bedroom. Wireless Internet Service throughout the house.
The rear exterior has a large utility shed for extra storage, gas grill, clothesline and a fully-fenced side and backyard. This property will sleep 10 comfortably!

This was a great rental for us. The 40th street beach is beautiful, but when it rained, we enjoyed the spacious, beautifully decorated home.

This property was everything you expect it to be and more. It was very clean, tastefully decorated and had a well stocked kitchen. The location is ideal with a playground, tennis and basketball courts located nearby. It is within walking distance to the beach and even town. The beach was very large and clean. The owners were very helpful and prompt in answering any questions. What a perfect place for us to celebrate our parent's 50th Anniversary. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
