The Cottage at Villa D'O was an incredibly nice surprise. The grounds are well maintained, the premises are as well. The layout is breezy, modern and clean. Moune and Dominique were gracious hosts that were always ready to ensure your stay was going to be a positive experience. It was truly the best vacantion we have ever been ans we will be back! And partuculary want to thank Dominique fror greeting us with home made cake!It was delicious, we will never forget that! Your COTTAGE and backyard is a romantic retreat. This place has inspired us to be romantic, love deeply, enjoy life to the jullest, be creative, and most of all feel true happiness. Dear Moune and Dominique, First of all we would like to thank you for opening your home for us. We can't believe how much fun we had at INDIGO and the Cottage. The beaches here are outrageous! Everything we did was awesome! the French side of St Martin blows away everything else on the island. great scenery, mountains, clifts, humming birds, beautiful sandy beaches, natural foods (such as cheese and yugurts), restaurants, wonderful people and no crowds! Hemos estsdo 15 dias en este fantástico cottage. Sólo comentar que es perfecto. Excelentes propietarios, excelente situación, excelente terraza, excelente casa... En fin EXCELENTE. Dar las gracias a Moune y Dominique y sin duda, si volvemos a Sant Martin, esa será nuestra casa de nuevo.

We spent 2 weeks in the Cottage with our 2 elder kids (18 and 17). This was our gift to them because of their graduation from high school. We loved to be back onsxm. We used to lived here for 3 years from 1996 to 1999. Our 2 younger kids were born here! We enjoyed your hospitality and service : from date of booking till our last day. You handled everything very professionnal and very kindly! The Cottage is excellent! very cosy and also spacious. the kitchen is well equipped and the porches are great. You have done a great job building your villa studios ans cottage. Also with good taste. Thanks for all.

We stayed at Villa D' O for a week in February 2011 and very much enjoyed our stay. This was our first trip to St. Marten and also our first stay at a non-all inclusive location. We were very pleased with the quality of the Villa and really enjoyed the modern yet comfortable layout and decor. Privacy was important to us and we were not disappointed. The Villa proved to be very private and relaxing and the large deck and loungers were excellent for catching some warm St. Marten sun when we weren't at one of the the near-by beaches . The open air kitchen and dining area was a real treat and the shower bathroom was also very unique. The Villa was also very impressive as you could open the multiple sliding doors from the bedroom and living areas to provide an open concept layout that was great in the evenings when we returned from a gourmet meal in Grand Case. The Villa is exactly as you see it in the photo's and the owners work very hard to maintain the villa and the grounds but without any intrusion to the guests Moune and Dominique made us feel very welcome and provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and near by beaches. It was the best vacation we have ever had and we will definitely consider going back there next year next year if the Villa is available when we are able to travel.

The Villa D'O is one of those rare places that you are lucky to find. The house is casually elegant, comfortable and calm. The gardens and jacuzzi are lovely, and the tropical gentle breezes keep you comfortable all day and night. The owners, Moune & Dominique are the perfect hostesses. Combined with the beautiful beaches and fabulous selection of restaurants on the island, staying at Villa D'O makes a visit to St. Maarten pure paradise.

We had a WONDERFUL time in St. Martin and LOVED Villa D’O. We stayed here from 1/4/11 to 2/1/11 and look forward to returning in 2012...we already have our reservations made!! Moune and Dominique' hospitality and service is OUTSTANDING. Just so any reader of this can get a better perspective on our comments below…we are in our late 50’s and have now spent the last 4 January’s in St. Martin...but this was our first time at this Villa. This Villa was always very clean and very maintained. It is also quite secure and that made us feel safe. It had everything we were looking for. With us spending a month in St Martin, we didn't want to go out every night, so it was important to us to have a comfortable place to just hang out in for the evening. The pictures of the Villa tell the story as they show just what the place looks and feels like once you are there. On the north end of of Orient Beach we like Palm Beach…it’s kind of upscale for a beach place and the food is wonderful! There is no charge for the beach chairs (which are MUCH nicer than the other places) as long as you eat lunch there…which we HIGHLY recommend! Also, their “free” passion fruit or banana infused rum at the end of lunch is outstanding! Pinel Island is a great place to go for the day. The beach and water are wonderful and it’s less windy than Orient Beach. The restaurants are good. We have been there each year for the last 4 years and have loved our days. There are a lot of families who go there, so expect some children. The only problem is the ferry going there although it is cheap at $7 per person for a round trip. The ferry runs from 9:00am to 4:00pm Rancho Del Sol, which doesn’t look like much from the road, but has great food and is really comfortable. If you like escargot, they are the BEST that we have had on the island. An order of 12 for 11 Euros actually comes with 24 (2 in each hole). It is a meal in itself for 2 people! Pizza’s are also unique and really tasty. Also, their “free” passion fruit or banana infused rum at the end of lunch is outstanding! In Grand Case, we like the Lolo’s but not the ones by the street as they hustle hard to get people to set, get them a drink and then service dies. The one back by the beach on the right as you walk in is our favorite. We went early (4:30pm) on Harmony Night (Tuesday’s starting in January and ends in March…we think) and loved sitting next to the beach with a nice breeze and seeing the sunset.

What an absolute wonderful place you have here! The cottage has been a real "home" for us and we've enjoyed every bit of it (which we really could as our son woke up every morning between 5.30 and 6.00am!) Even tought we stayed here for 2 weeks, we didn't even manage to see the whole island. I guess that's has relaxed we were.

What a wonderful week we've had at Cottage Villa d'Ô. We've been coming to St Martin for 4 years now and have stayed always t a time share in Oyster Bay. This is a treat by comparison. Wonderful hosts, Moune and Dominique, yet truly adapt at giving us plenty of privacy, and quiet time. This locale inspired many delicious meals, tan, hot tubs and beautiful starry nights.
