My wife and I spent Feb. and March in their 2 bedroom (Kokopelli) condo and I can tell you it had all the amenities of home. The two dining tables gave us more than enough seating for our St. Patty's day guests. The kitchen had every thing we needed for any cooking occasion. Thanks to the 4 sky lights and the AZ sun it was always bright and cheery. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of closet space. The heated pool was perfect even during the cooler days of Feb. The condo was spacious and we really enjoyed the convenience of an assigned parking space right outside our door. Trish and her husband, the owners, were very accommodating. Hi Trish, We really liked your condo. We liked the landline telephone - it worked well with our 99 cent calling card that we got from the 99cent store. We liked the DVD player, soft towels and wash cloths. Your furniture was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the porch area as well. The bathroom and kitchen were very nicely updated. The pool and laundry faculity were also very nice. We also liked the proxcimity to airport, library and bike paths. Cancellations: A cancellation fee of 25% of the TOTAL rental amount is assessed should the cancellation occur 30 days prior to arrival. If canceled 15-30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the TOTAL amount due is non-refundable. Cancellations within 15 days of arrival are 100% NON- REFUNDABLE. 50% Deposit is required to hold reservation.

About the owner: I am a retired flight attendant and my husband is a Contractor. We are empty nesters happily married for 41 years...ok, mostly happy! LOL We have 2 adult children and 6 grandchildren who enjoy staying at the condo whenever they can. We enjoy travelling but until my husband decides to retire we use this property for quick weekend trips.
Why the Owner Chose Polynesian Paradise:
We were looking for property in Scottsdale for vacations and just some downtime away from the Chicago winters.
This location fit us because of the closeness of the airport, about 6 miles, and we wanted to be close to Old Town Scottsdale which is approx. 2 miles. The Phoenix zoo and the Desert Botanical Gardens are within walking distance. We also liked the quietness of the south end of town versus North Scottsdale which is more populated.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Golfing is always in the plans as are frequent boating and sightseeing trips.
There are several lakes nearby within an hour drive that provide water sports.
Not many people think there are lakes in Arizona but there are and they are beautiful! Floating down the Salt River is always fun too.
Old Town Scottsdale in nearby and we are located very close to the ASU campus.
