The view is stunning from the oversized balcony, two master bedrooms and living room of this platinum condominium. This Wi-Fi accessible end unit on a lower floor is directly overlooking the pristine white beaches and sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf. The highly desirable, eastern open view from the 436 square foot balcony allows you to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. The complex has an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. All guests receive an assigned, covered parking spot on-site with additional parking located directly across the street in a covered parking facility.
This unit is professionally decorated by G. Miles Interiors. All items from furniture, to artwork to accessories have been hand picked making your home-away-from-home experience truly memorable. Two oceanfront master suites have king beds, armoires, nightstands, closets and private baths with a garden tub.
The third bedroom has twin beds, dresser drawers and a closet. All bedrooms have TVs and DVD players. The third bathroom features a garden tub. All bathrooms have hair dryers.
The large living area has sit down dining for six plus four at the counter. A queen size sleeper sofa, with chairs make this unit the perfect place to relax. With exceptional furnishings, the unit has nine foot ceilings, four ceiling fans, crown molding, a balcony bar, fully equipped kitchen and ice maker. It also features a large separate laundry room with washer and dryer. It should easily accommodate two families.
The resort is located about five minutes from the Pier Park, which is the premier dining, shopping and entertainment destination of Panama City Beach. Within a short drive there are multiple golf courses, preserves and natural parks, deep sea fishing charters, antiquing and Shell Island shuttles.

We chose to purchase this property as it sits directly on the beach, has an incredibly large balcony, two master bedrooms and is close by to Pier Park.
Nearly 1 million retail square feet. Many restaurants, plenty of shopping and a movie theater. Has major department stores as well as a Target.

The condo was even more beautiful than pictured online. We loved the balcony! We ate dinner and lunch at the large table - big enough for all of us! The sound of th ocean was intoxicating...not to mention the margaritas we enjoyed on the balcony! Thanks for the blender! The unit was very homey and comfortable. We can't wait to come back. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

WE stay in the unit 4/20/2010 till 4/25/2010 it has been the best in the last 11 years that we have stay in up and down the beach.We took 3 extra people this year they fell in love with the unit ,the veiw , the location not one thing was missing. One of the people (my mother -in- law ) very , very , picky had NO COMPLAINS !!!! not like her. I hope to stay here again we go down 2 times a year.
