This Island Paradise is awaiting your arrival. Villa Roi Soleil, under new management, has been primed to perfection. Come enjoy this private, luxurious peace of heaven. The Villa includes 2 en-suite bedrooms, each with their own spacious, private bath. Plus a TV/Entertainment Room (with a 42 inch plasma TV), large gourmet kitchen, dining room and a unique screened-in porch with panoramic views of the ocean. Ocean views from nearly every room in this home, make each second one to remember.

A large outdoor barbeque area with bar seating. Plus dining table and chairs outside to accommodate outdoor dining. A seperate guest house offers a complete separate arrangement with bedroom, balcony overlooking the ocean and full kitchen and living room.

2 outdoor showers (one by the beach and one by the pool) plus an additional bathroom by the pool.
The infinity edge pool bleeds into the ocean where you can swim on the exercise pole and enjoy breath-taking views of the ocean at the same time.

Kayak, swim, bone-fish, hunt for conch, windsurf, kite sail or just wade around in the ocean just steps from the house. Two private beaches are located adjacent to the property where you can take your lounge chairs and hang out on the sand. Ocean waters are always warm and calm and perfect for children (waters are shallow as well.)

This is a very safe, private area of Providenciales so if you're looking for peace, queit, serenity, relaxation and the best views in the world, this is the place to be.

Our property manager will meet you at the airport, guide you to the villa and assist you in all your vacation needs. She can also do pre-arrival shopping for you so you arrive at the villa with a stocked refridgerator. During your stay she offers a full range of coincerage services including private chefs, catering, spa services, activities, etc.

  • Can't say enough about this villa. My kids didn't want to leave. Super accomodation --- great kitchen, entertainment room, outdoor dining and barbeque and an infinity edge pool that bleeds into the Caribbean sea. Beds were super comfortable with quality linens. Lots of toys for the kids and even an excercise poll for the pool so we could swim in place and look out to the ocdean. The only negative thing we could say is that we couldn't stay longer.   • What an amazing vacation at an amazing villa. The views are simply breath-taking and the villa is very comfortable, clean and family friendly. We spent hours in and around the pool looking out to an amazing view of the ocean. Several little beaches are just steps from the beach and the ocean waters are so warm. The property manager was especially accomodating and helped us with all our reservations. THis is a "must stay" property and we definately plan to return. (Plus a great deal compared to similar properties in the area.) Highly recommend.

  • The "Mermaid house" - as my three year old refers to the villa - is an amazing place to be. It is luxurious, peaceful and easily accessible by car. The sea is very shallow, you can literally walk to the next small island! The water was great for my two little children - there are no waves, the sandy beach is phenomenal - and it's a short walk from the property. The pool is just incredible. The view from the villa is idyllic. We had a FABULOUS time in the villa. Don't think too long about booking it! YOU WILL LOVE IT THERE!!

  • We recently stayed at this Villa and absolutely loved it. From the moment we walked in to the second we left, we could not get over the views and the accomodation. A first-class villa all the way: comfortable, clean and truly a beautiful setting. The property manager was easily accessible and catered to our every need (personal chef, babysitter and reservations). The only thing we needed here was more time. We can't wait to come back next year.
