This is a great family friendly unit, beautifully furnished. Located on the 6th floor, high enough for a nice view but not too high! Unit includes an xbox, 3 tvs and a boom box for your pleasure on the beach.

The unit has 9 foot ceilings, granite countertops, tile and carpet flooring. The large balcony is perfect for those cooler spring and summer evenings. Lots of shopping galore, we keep a stash of menus handy too. Prior guests rate the restaurants.

  • We had a wonderful stay at the Aerial Dunes in this beautiful condo. We loved the location of the condo - wonderful pools and close enough to the beach to easily walk to it. The condo is perfectly equipped with everything you could need with a family. We will definitely be staying here again!

  • This is a fantastic get-away!!! All the comforts of home- a well-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, plush towels and beach chairs, with a gorgeous view of the Gulf from the balcony! There are three HUGE pools to fit any age group and is only a short walk to beach. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds – even the sleep sofa is comfortable!

  • WOW! That's all I can say, I researched for a week before finding a place that had everything I wanted at a price I almost didn't believe! This condo is perfect, loved being on the 6th floor too. So many extras in the condo...warning don't buy beach chairs - there are some waiting for you, along with everything else you might need. We had guests over one night and they said the condo was so warm and welcoming...they felt like they were in our own home. You won't be disappointed!
