Built in 2001, Tradewinds is located directly on the beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo is a spacious professionally decorated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium which has magnificent, unobstructed beach views from both bedrooms, the balcony and the front door!
It sleeps 6 adults with a King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the guest bedroom and a convertible sofa in the living area. Closets are large with abundant storage in the laundry room as well. NOTE: Sales tax and cleaning is included in listed price for weekly and monthly rental. *THE PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU PAY!
Tradewinds boasts a large indoor/outdoor heated swim-through pool which is directly on the ocean. We have several games, books, and movies available for your use.
Tradewinds has only 107 condominium units keeping the beach much less crowded than other condominium buildings. Our condo is located between two other units, giving our unit, a great quiet and almost private entrance. Tradewinds is close to grocery stores, the Dollar Store, movie rental, restaurants, and an emergency medical center.
Adventure Island is directly across the street from the condo. Tradewinds is approximately five miles east of the intersection of Perdido Beach Boulevard and Highway 59. The "Wharf" is 3 miles away from the condo.
