Description:
This 2300 sq. ft. completely furnished home has views of the professionally maintained 18-hole Mission Lakes Country Club professional golf course. The back patio has a lovely view of the 18th green as well as an inviting pebble bottom private swimming pool. The pool includes a waterfall, cave with seating. (The pool is equipped with a heater for the Winter months.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities including cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, mixing bowls, etc. The refrigerator has filtered water dispenser as well as a crushed/cubed ice dispenser.
The Master BR is romantically decorated in hues of red and gold including mosquito netting surrounding the Queen size Sleigh bed. It has a large mirrored walk-in closet and a Master Bath to relax your troubles away. The bath has a large Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. All the necessary linens are included. The Master Bedroom also has a door that opens the to the covered patio. The room is also equipped with a TV with DVD player atop a 5-drawer dresser.
The 2nd bedroom also has a Queen size bed. It is decorated in green and shades of purple. It too has a TV and DVD player. It has two very large mirrored closets with the linen included. Bedroom #3 is the red and blue room. It has a white metal frame twin bed that includes a trundle that can be made into a King size bed (linen included) if needed.
There is a fully furnished Formal Living Room with a romantic fireplace, great for those cold Desert nights. We have an assortment of books for your enjoyment. This room is just right for out-of-the-way reading.
The Family room is just perfect for your movie pleasure. We have an array of movies for your perusal. It also has several assorted puzzles together with Monopoly, Scrabble games, etc. The FR is equipped with a 42 inch colored TV and a combination DVD/VCR player. Right outside the back door of the FR is the very relaxing patio/pool area. It is furnished with a patio table and four matching chairs including an umbrella. The covered patio is equipped with four comfortable chairs and a refreshing misting system for those hot days by the pool. We also have a gas BBQ for your cooking delights.
The Mission Lakes Country Club golf course is a semi-private championship length course open to the public. Golfers are treated to breathtaking panoramic views of the San Jacinto Mountain Range.
