Wonderful Home in Breckenridge, CO that has every amenity to give you a fabulous vacation. Enjoyment best describes this mountain retreat. Nothing was spared in preparing this home for the guests that would frequent it. Step outside to enjoy one of three decks: one off of the gigantic master suite; one off of the oversized great room (both of which boast incredible views of the ski runs and mountains); and one off the back of the home nestled amount pines and housing a large hot tub and gas grill.
The location just doesn’t get any better. A simple one mile drive has you connecting with the gondola to take you up to Peak 8, or cross the street to take the lift to Peak 9. Just outside the door of the home enjoy building a snowman or going for an unforgettable hike through the mountains.
* SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS *
This home is adorned with three private suites coming up off of the double staircase in the entry. Each large guest suite offers a queen bed, private vanity, and a Jack and Jill shower/tub. The oversized master suite boasts a KING bed with breathtaking views of the ski runs.
The master bath alone with have you wanting to return for more. Boasting a large shower, jetted tub, and huge double vanity area, this room alone with keep you smiling.
The other three rooms are pure enjoyment: the private bunk room is perfect for the kiddos. The East Wing of the home houses a room with two twins and a room with a queen. Each of these rooms has a twin convertible bed (for a total of six sleepers). The double vanity bathroom with separate newly remodeled shower / tub area is perfect to accommodate the guests in this private area of the home.
Need more sleeping options? How about the sofa sleeper in the gigantic great room. Even more flexibility is offered with the quilted top air mattress provided for our guests use.

This home is huge! At 6000 sq. ft., there is plenty of room to enjoy by all. The great room is magnificent for entertaining with the pool room / sunroom adjoining.
The extremely large kitchen / dining area will definitely please. There’s even a huge pantry area for your use. Everything you need is provided, except the food, of course!
Parking the cars is no problem with this beautiful home. A heated 2-car garage offers additional storage & plenty of room for ski's, parking and more. Outside in the circular driveway there is room for up to 5 or more cars to park. There’s even room for that RV you want to bring along.

I am an entrepreneur and outdoor sports enthusiast. After working for corporate America for a few years, I took a long leave of absence (and never came back!) to have four beautiful children. The myriad of outdoor activities in Summit County has allowed me to enjoy being a realtor as well as property manager of my condos and for other homes as well. I love it here!
Why the Owner Chose Breckenridge Heights
With four kids my husband and I wanted a nearby vacation spot for all of us to enjoy. Breckenridge fit the bill. We bought our first 2BD condo in 2005 only to find ourselves buying two studios a year later. I now manage nine homes in and around Breckenridge. Be warned, once you visit, you'll never want to return home!
The Unique Benefits of this House
This property is a dream come true. You can enjoy such incredible family and friend time. There is every little (and big!) amenity at your finger tips. We love "playing" the entire time we are here. The large yard is perfect for building a snowman. I love sipping cocoa off of the master deck looking at the gorgeous ski runs lit at night. Breathtaking!
